I order a parir of glasses on 10/21/24 with a shopping method of 3-5 business days. It’s been 2 keeks of that (10 business days) and i haven’t even received the shipping tracking number. 5 days after my order they sent me an email asking for my prescription (to make sure I ordered correctly) … i mean all very unprofessional

Product as described! Delivered as described! Couldn’t be happier with the Costa King Tide 8 sunglasses. These are 100% real! I’ve seen posts online about this site being fake or as having bad customer service. I have no reason to believe either of things! Thanks!

I have purchased several designer sunglasses from this co. Thru the years and they have always been reliable & have been & are authentic designer sunglasses. They have always been delivered in time. When there has been a window of 4-6 weeks they have always stayed in touch with me thru emails. If the product seemed to possibly not be on time they sent me emails weeks in advance asking me if I would preferred another choice. I said, no I prefer to wait & product that I originally purchased came in on time anyways. My experience with this co.is that they are legitimate & have integrity.These days it is hard to find. So shop & enjoy your purchase.

The glasses are fine. We paid extra for expedited shipping because we needed glasses for a trip. But that certainly did not work.

I’ve ordered multiple times and received my order quickly… however this year it’s taken over 2.5 weeks and I still don’t have my contacts. VERY Frustrating considering I even paid more for the same exact thing I’ve ordered for years. I’ve been loyal for 5 years and will be looking elsewhere next time…

You can't beat their price but....... I ordered contacts back on October 18 and as of Nov 1 they still haven't shipped and my order status says "Order Processing". What takes almost two weeks to process an order???

Overall great! Saved over $93 compared to Costco. Costco delivered in 3 days whereas EZContacts delivered in 7, but with the savings, I'll take it!

Well customer service is the worst if you ever have a problem don't expect for it to be resolves been almost now 3 weeks since ordered glasses and now they are shipping I do not know if they will come but we will see but I was on hold with customer service for 4 hours one day and no one ever helped me so I hung up because 4 hours is ridiculous and I called the next day and waited 3 hours on hold still no answer so I think they have the absolute worst service in history I do not know if I would recommend it because I still have not gotten the glasses I hope the glasses come out nice at least I have waited this long.

I paid rush delivery fee for this item to be delivered prior to my wedding. The item shipped a week after the promised delivery date, and waiting on an eta when it will actually arrive. Regardless, arrived after my wedding. Pretty disappointed

Price is the only reason it’s getting three stars. I ordered these on the 18th and paid $8.95 for 3-5 day shipping. My order didn’t get shipped until the 27th and I didn’t receive until the 31st. Never heard back from customer support when I emailed them about it. Just wasn’t all that impressed other than price

They shipped my contacts after 2 weeks and after I said to cancel the order. Then after they return from “vacation” it took them 3 days to ship out my contacts even though their website states will ship in 1-2 business days.
