Second time buying and love the quality and effort

I placed two orders for contacts on Thursday, October 31, 2024. Ordering the contacts was easy, and I had no problems. I’m a little disappointed, however, in the shipping process. The first order was placed around 10:30 AM. As of Monday (November 4), at 9:30 AM, I still have not received confirmation that my first order has shipped. The second order was placed about six hours later (around 4:40 PM). I received a notice on Monday (November 4) at 8:19 AM that the second order was shipped. While I’m happy that the second order has finally shipped, I can’t help but wonder, “How was the second order shipped before the first order?” When I placed both orders, there was a prompt each time that said I would receive the contacts within 3-5 business days. I took that to mean I should receive both orders sometime between Wednesday (November 6) and Friday (November 8). I made the assumption the period of time (3-5 business days) was due to the parcel carrier, not EZContacts. I was a little surprised to see that it takes EZContacts so long to ship the orders.

I ordered on Oct 19 2024and still have not received my order it is now Nov 4 2024 getting worried is this site legit?

EZ Contacts had favorable pricing on my contact lenses, however, my experience with customer service was horrible. I ordered my contact lenses more than two weeks ago and I still don’t have them. There was no communication from EZ Contacts regarding the delay and shipping my refill prescription order. When I called customer service, I would be on hold for a very long time and never able to speak with a live person. Their callback feature did not work on occasions. I also emailed and received no response. I may not use EZ Contacts in the future.

Fast delivery m and great prices. They matched the prices at my doctors office (without having to wait for a rebate) and I got my contacts in 3 days (faster than my doctors office)

Don't pay extra for express delivery paid for 3 day delivery its been 8 days and still no contacts but got a text saying congratulations my contacts are on the way could be the delivery service I don't know but not happy at all

I ordered contacts on October 16. I emailed on October 28 because they still had not shipped. I got a response the next days saying they were shipping. It is now November 2 and still no contacts. I’ll never order from here again.

The company was closed for a holiday when I ordered my glasses but once they reopened I received them very quickly. They are just what I ordered and the prescription is perfect. Excellent product and service. Will definitely use them again for future purchases. The price was excellent too

It took 2 two weeks for my item to be delivered and there was no communication in between order confirmation and shipping the item. However when I got the item, it is well packaged and has nice case and cleaning spray but no cleaning cloth. For the price and the quality of the item, I’m giving ezcontacts 5 star otherwise I already gave them 1 star in a previous review because of the above complaints.

Not sure I would order glasses online ever again. The fit is off and they slide down. Card was charged way before they shipped.

I ordered 4 boxes of contacts on October 18th. I JUST received them today, November 2nd. I called them, well, tried to call them 5 times about why my order wasn't shipped, and never once got through on the phone (At different times, on different days, even different weeks). I also emailed them, and never received a response. They were closed for at least a week for vacation (but never posted that they would be closed on their website). I eventually got through on the computer chat function Monday. They said they had to custom order my contact lenses (which seems like baloney) and they didn't have them yet (after weeks of waiting already). They didn't tell me that my lenses were custom order and would take significantly longer when I ordered, either. If it had taken a normal amount of time to get my order, I would have had plenty of contacts left, instead of stressing out about running out of them. There were so many chances to communicate that would have made the experience better. That they failed on every opportunity to communicate is why I gave them such a low rating. I also asked for the chat transcripts, and they never sent those to me either. This was my first time ordering from them and I'm very disappointed and frustrated. I will say one major positive is they didn't charge the obscene handling fees most other online contact lens companies charge. The chat representative was pleasant as well.
