Good prices and product as described. Processing time was delayed due to holidays, which is understandable but would have been nice to have said this in the order confirmation or other email. Shipping speed and inaccurate updates on location also left something to be desired but this was DHL’s fault, not the store. Overall, the experience could have been slightly improved but I would still buy from here again.

I was very unhappy that I did not discover that the entire EZ Contacts operation would be totally shut down for 10 days and I would not receive my contacts until after I left for a trip overseas. This should have been disclosed BEFORE I ordered. There was a tiny banner at the top of their web page mentioning 'holiday hours" but it was not prominent and required to be clicked on. In addition it turns out that my contacts were not even in stock when they reopened. Out of stock items should be identified as such on the product description page. They did refund the $9 expedited shipping fee but that was little consolation as I never received my lenses before traveling although I ordered them more than 3 weeks ahead of time!

Contacts were on back order, but I was never advised of this. I had to call in myself to find out the reason for the delay. You can never get a hold of Customer Service. It took me five days to find a get a hold of them.

There was a delay in shipping from the warehouse. I reached out to Abby and she tracked them down, gave me an estimate of when they would ship, and even provided expedited shipping so that I might receive them before I left on vacation! They are en-route and I hope they get here in time! Best customer service!!!

I ordered contacts but mixed up the right and left eye perceptions. On website right eye was on left side and left eye on right. I immediately contacted EZContacts through the link of the Order Number: asking if this could be corrected before the order was processed or if I needed to start over and cancel this order. I sent a message about it twice just to be sure with it marked up to be contacted my text message. Since it was the weekend I figure I’d have to wait till next business day. I’ve not been contacted at all and order has been processed and is on the way and now I have to cancel the order.

It took 19 days from the time I ordered the contacts until the day they were delivered. I received no status texts until the day the contacts were shipped. During the 19 days I called the Order Dept. and the Check on your Order Dept, but no representative was available to answer the phone. I finally left a voice mail and call back number and Etty called me back. She was pleasant. Sincerely, Al Morettin

I did my order 13 August and until today 04 November I still waiting to receive my prescription glasses. Every time I send an email asking the status of my order and tracking number they tell me to wait 2 weeks… and it’s been like that for months… so frustrating!! First and last time I buy at this website!! The price is more cheap than other places but don’t worth the stress. I don’t recommend !

Very pleased with ordering my contacts on this website. There are no hidden fees and prices are less than other online sites. Shipping arrives within 7-10 days and packaged well. Have ordered for 3 years and prices have remained very reasonable without significant increases. Highly recommend if you want an easy website to navigate and fair prices.

I placed an order Thursday morning hoping to get it by the following Thursday before noon as I am traveling and I need contact lenses. I paid for expedited shipping but the order is still not shipped yet (it’s in pre shipment). Clearly, I will not be getting my order in time for my trip and I would have loved more transparency with timing before I wasted money on expedited shipping.

I reached out to cancel my order, I never heard back on this and 1-2 days later my order shipped. I also never uploaded a prescription either because I received a message that this needed to be verified before the order was sent out. Now I have to wait for the order that I asked to cancel with plenty of time before it shipped to come in, so I can send it back, and be refunded. I’m not happy with the service.

Ordered glasses a month ago, 10/05. They haven’t been delivered. Got a notice they were being delivered. FedEx says only a label was created.
