I contacted customer service on 12/26, escalating an issue to a Supervisor. As of today, 12/31, I have not received a return call. I called again and was put on hold for close to an hour with no answer.

My first experience with EXContacts was when I purchased my YSL aviator sunglasses. I was so excited to receive them until I realized it’s been 2 weeks and I hadn’t received my order. It wasn’t until I reached out for an update and the customer service informed me that my order was being restocked and it would take 2-3 weeks. It took a total of 10 weeks for my order to arrive. This was extremely disappointing and I would not be ordering from this company again .

Absoutley the worste on-line and customer service experince. I'm suprised the company is still in business. They lied about the delivery time for my order and they sent me the wrong items.

The glasses took the expected 3 weeks to arrive, but when they got here, they were missing one of the lenses. So they’re completely useless to me right before Christmas. On top of that, it took several attempts to contact customer service via phone and email. Once I finally reached them, they didn’t really care and asked me send a picture of how I received the glasses before they could send a return. If you think this is some scam I’m trying to pull, can I genuinely ask why? All I wanted was to see for the holidays. Too big of an ask for a company with “EZ” in the name, I guess. I’m going to take my refund and go literally anywhere else with my money.

I have ordered from this company many times in the past. I I placed an order for another pair of the same carrera sunglasses I purchased in the past. Only this time the package arrive perfectly packaged untampered with without any sunglasses in the box. I’ve reached out by phone with no response or call back. I’m very disappointed bc it was one of my husband Christmas gift. I actually left a review from the first pair with his picture. I would appreciate if some one would get back with me about this. I advise customer to record while opening their package

I placed an order Nov 25 and am still awaiting delivery. I received an email that there is a delay but wasn’t provided an estimated shipping date and still don’t have tracking information. The item was allegedly in stock when I ordered so I’m just left waiting.

They promoted a pair of sunglasses with a banner at the top that said order today to receive by Christmas. I ordered the product and it just kept saying "order processing" but never shipping. They never answer their phone when you call but I finally spoke with someone via their website chat and they confirmed they didn't actually have ANY of the ordered sunglasses in stock and wouldn't receive them from the manufacturer for 1-2 more weeks (I paid for expedited shipping). What a scam company. Don't trust their product list, their shipping claims, or their customer service. This is a truly UNETHICAL, scam of a company.

Took a very long time to get my Saint Laurent glasses but I am happy with them now! They look really good on and the prescription lens placement looks good. This was my first time ever ordering glasses online without even looking at them in person and I am happy with everything. Definitely place close attention to measurements.

i ordered my glasses and they took several weeks to get to me b/c the company went on a very long holiday break right when they notified me they had received the frames. I'm pretty patient most of the time but the wait time here seemed excessive. I also have only had them now for sever weeks and have only used the special spray and cloth to clean them and they already have scratches on the surface. I bought the anti-scratch material so i'm unsure why this has happened so quickly. The two positives with this order is that the order was affordable and I really like the style of the frame I purchased. With customer service, delivery time and quality however their is opportunity for improvement.

I was hoping to have ordered my contacts in advance so that by the time I was running low, my new ones will come in. I ordered on December 6 and once I sent a follow up email regarding my package, I get a notification the next day informing me my package is on its way on December 20. Shipped two weeks later when I chose the 5-7 day shipping. (I’m only counting M-F, which are business days, as they only ship within said days) It’s just funny how had I not sent a follow up, would you have even shipped my package? Regardless, I’d still make future purchases. Thanks
