I ordered contact lenses on October 17th and they still haven’t even shipped and today is November 7th. I haven’t been contacted even once by EZ Contacts to explain the delay. Terrible customer service.

I was shopping for these sunglasses (Oakley Gibstons) and everywhere I looked they were $150 or more, EZcontacts had them listed at less than $100, so I was a little apprehensive on buying them but the website said 100% money back guarantee so I made the purchase. I placed the web order on a Sunday night and on Thursday afternoon my glasses arrived. The sunglasses are authentic and brand new. I could not be happier and would reccommed this company to anyone.

You have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would email the same questions multiple times with no response. I will call and ask for them to verify what they were shipping. They would not verify they shipped the wrong order to me to begin with. then when I sent back All the contacts they only ship me back two boxes instead of five boxes when I would talk with your customer service people they said well. We sent all the context to you and sounded as though they would not solve the problem. Even after I gave them the packing list showing They did not ship me all of them. The person on the phone told me they had shipped them but she would investigate. You need to train your people better and you need to somehow make sure peoples emails and phone calls. Get responded to. I do not plan to do business with you and I would warn all my friends and associates against your companies poor Service

If I could leave a zero I would. I ordered my glasses on September 29th and still have not received them. It’s November 7th. I’ve contacted the company and it takes at least three days to get a response. They emailed me on October 31st stating the order was finished and that I would receive a tracking number. I still do not have a tracking number. I have no idea if they’ve been shipped or not.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. A week after ordering, contacted vendor for status but got no response. After waiting another 2 weeks, with no response, disputed the charge with my credit card. Contacts have now been shipped. Will not be using EZ Contacts in the future.

Overall the process was easy. I saw a $117 online price but for some reason couldn’t get it applied to my order. I paid $149 a box.

I do not advise purchasing from EZ Contacts. I opted for expedited shipping with a promised delivery of 3-5 business days, but I am now on day 7 without receiving my contacts. When I contacted customer service to request a refund for the expedited shipping fee, they declined, stating that the order is still en route.

I gave one star. If I could, I would give zero stars. I don’t think I want to purchase from you again. I ordered online on 10/15 (Tue) under free shipping. Your website states that orders will ship via USPS Standard (5-7 days), so 10/24 should be the latest arrival date. On 10/16, you sent me a tracking email, but it doesn’t work. I cannot track anything, I Emailed you on 10/18 about the estimated arrival date because I cannot track my order. There was no response. I Emailed again on 10/28 about this. Again, there was no response. I kept calling your office and no one ever answered. The website tracking never updated since I ordered on 10/15. Finally, I got a response via email on 10/28 from Hindy on the Customer Service Team. See below: I sincerely apologize for this delay. Your contacts have been successfully ordered from our manufacturer and we expect to receive them within the next few days. As soon as we receive them, we will ship your order to you and email the tracking information. On 10/28, I still could not track the order. I did not receive the order until 11/6, which is nearly 2 weeks late. This way of doing business is not acceptable.
