Placed order on 8/11/2024. Received a reply from EZ Contacts to my 1st review re: no shipping or processing status available. Their reply was their website "clearly" states processing is 3-5 business days. This means it should have been shipped by 8/16/2024. However, it was not shipped until 8/21/2024. Will post another review once I receive the 1 pair of sunglasses I ordered.

The shipping policy is worse. Ordered sunglasses and now it's been 10 days still not arrived. When ordering said 4 to 5 business days. After email to the company they said that the merchandiser is restocking my item so it will take time. Now I am hand in between money is paid item is not arrived and don't know when will it be shipped 🙃

I tried calling several times, you wait on hold for 29 minutes and they disconnect. I try to get on the website and the link to re-set your password never comes through. The only thing I get from them is more advertisements

I was not able to activate the 10% Coupon. Prices was very competitive, however not being take an additional 10% left a bad impression. Solomon Faizi should refund me the 10%

paid for 2 day delivery. its been 8 days lol. wont be here for another two days. just use the standard shipping. dont bother with the other shipping methods lol

If there was a no star I would give it…waited over two months for a pair of glasses customer service is so terribly bad over three different agents said they would return a email and non of them emailed me untill I asked for a supervisor and took two days for a response….from a supervisor:very vague but to the point message I’ll never recommend you guys in fact I’ll share with anyone about my experience being nothing but a nightmare I’m just glad it’s done

It’s been almost 2 months and my order has not shipped yet. On top of that I was charged twice for the item that I order. I am very displeased and will never buy again.
