I hate that I pay for express shipping and you all always take your time to ship my glasses at this point i shouldnt have to pay extra for shipping if it isnt coming fast.

I ordered glasses and I waited for shipment, after waiting past the estimated time of processing I reached out. Come to find out the glasses are not in stock and I have to wait 2-6 weeks for them to be in the warehouse. It took me to reach out to find out this information, note I had already been charged for the purchase. A month later they arrive and the lab that makes the lenses reaches out to confirm my prescription and tell me that my lenses will take an additional time because of the sphere, when I asked for it to be expedited the response was rude. I have been very patient, I hope the glasses are good quality.

I was sent the wrong contacts (so much for verifying the prescription that I uploaded). When I went to return, I was only given a USPS return label. I tried calling to get a UPS to avoid the $10 return fee, but couldn't get through and no one returned my call as promised. I feel I shouldn't have to pay the $10 return fee when I was sent the wrong contacts.

Hello,I paid $479.77 for a pair of eye glasses.I am very disappointed that they sent me plastic lenses instead of glass lenses and they had a scratch on the lens

Being a returned customer I now question a lot with this company. My main question of concern is the authenticity of their products. With continuously delays on 3 different pairs of eyeglasses this causes me to believe they charge these cost, yet obtain the merchandise from china hence why shipment runs through DHL. They lie about the availability of a product to get you to order the higher end goods only to obtain your funds and then email you saying there will be a delay in your order. I will not be shopping from this site anymore

You really don't deserve A star if I gave you a face it would be blank . Y'all suck really bad and I normally tite people off but y'all need to know how bad you are as a company. Never again unless I don't have a choice you were more expensive than the store and I'm still wearing my readers you guessed it no glasses. What's that song oh yeh ant no sunshine, I no I no I no I no you get the picture.

Ordered my glasses back on Aug 12th. Still haven’t received them. Was told 5-7 business days to ship. I thought that I would mean I can expect them to ship in about 7 days. I still hadn’t received any notification about them by day 7 so I inquired about them. Was told that THEY expected shipment to them in 5-7 days and they once they received them, they send them to the lab to get the lenses made and then they would send them. Very misleading to say expect 5-7 business days to ship when it actually is double that amount of time.

Order took 22 days to ship. Not even sure it will be right at this point since I still have not received it. Could have ordered - paid less - and received in half the time from a local Walmart.
