Are you thinking of treating yourself and purchasing a nice pair of glasses? Have you been tracking this particular pair and found the best price to be here, on EZContacts? Well save yourself the trouble and just walk into traffic. Or, pay the extra money to buy your glasses somewhere else. I never leave reviews but this has been an absolute nightmare experience. Firstly, my card was double charged and EZContacts denies it (despite being provide with receipts from my bank). The customer service is atrocious. Extremely long on hold wait times, rude agents, and incompetent managers is what awaits you if you need to contact anyone regarding your transaction. On top of that, it’s been nearly three weeks since my simple order of one pair of sunglasses, and my order has yet to process, let alone ship. Spend the extra money, shop somewhere else and save yourself the heartache.

I ordered sunglasses I still haven't recieved I got one email saying it's still not on stock but they already billed my credit card and still no more reply on my eta of my glasses I requested to be compensated I am still waiting for my order but no reply no response and unacceptable so as of now I'm very unhappy with your company so we shall see when I will get my order and what will be done to compensate me I should recieve some kind of compensation atleast a nice case or something and I can't believe I was already charged so that's my review

You called my eye doctor and I did not want you to. I sent you my eye prescription in but yet you called my eye doctors office. They thought I was going to purchase from them but now you have alerted them of what I was going to do. Im very upset over this!

Good afternoon .. I am Brazilian and I’m leaving today, so i bought Thursday a Gucci sunglass and payed for the faster delivery (one business day) it’s Saturday and I don’t receive my sunglasses yet, I’m leaving and I’m going without my sunglass, very disappointed and frustrated

EZ Contacts have poor communication, slow service, and their website isn't up to date with inventory. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and after a week (the maximum amount of time it should have taken my order to ship) I emailed them. They never sent me a confirmation email and it took them longer than the estimated time to receive an email back from customer service. They told me it would take 5 weeks for my order to be shipped. They offered to ship me a different pair faster but no option for a refund. I didn't email back because I didn't like their solutions and I feel I've already waited so long I may as well keep waiting. I don't think I'll ever order from them again.

Don’t buy from here. You’ll never get the finished product. I ordered my eyeglasses 3 weeks ago just the frames with NO prescription. And I still haven’t received them yet. Don’t order from EZ Contacts!!!
