My review is not great. I have yet to receive my two pairs of sunglasses. It has been over two weeks and still no shipment date. The funds have been withdrawn and yet still no product. Bad customer service

It was a mistake to pay $39ish for one-day shipping. The order didn't arrive on time and the only answer I got was, "I'm sorry." I requested to delete my account and unsubscribed to EZ Contacts'emails.

Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day. Since your order was placed at 10:48 PM on September 18th, it was processed on September 19th and shipped that day, arriving on September 20th. I ordered a 90 day supply of daily contacts They came in 6 boxes. One of the six boxes was full of contacts that were not working correctly. When you open them up, they were folded up and they kept popping out of my eye. I contacted EZcontact. There was a lot of runaround and in the end I was told they were going to give me a refund of $16, to replace the one box of 30 contacts will cost me $64. I have tried to get in touch with them several times in different ways to avail. I’m very frustrated. I would not use EX contacts again. They have not replaced my defective contacts and offered instead a small credit that would not be enough for me to buy the product again. Angela

I ordered a pair of frames and expedited the order because it was a specific need I had and I needed it quickly. After a week I emailed customer service and they told me it was out of stock and in 2-3 weeks it should be replenished. The email was nice but had I known it wasn't in stock I would have gone to another retailer since I needed it really badly. The extra I paid for shipping was a waste since it's been almost a month waiting for it.

I ordered a pair of glasses online and paid for 2 day shipping. 14 days later i still havent receieved the glasses and customer service continues to tell me they are still working on the glasses. I would not recommend using EX Contacts for glasses and find a company that has a better fullfillment platform.

Please note that as stated on our website, frames with prescription lenses generally take 5-7 business days to process in our lab before they are shipped. Paying extra for expedited shipping unfortunately does not speed up the processing time in our lab. We make this information readily available on our website, but truly apologize if anything wasn’t clear to you. I paid extra to have my order shipped quickly. It has been 8 days and the tracking number states it will be 10 days before I receive my lens!!

I ordered my glasses several weeks ago and have yet to receive them. I sent an email inquiring about the status and got nothing in return as far as a response goes. I gave my credit card and paid but have not gotten my purchase. Is this fraud and a real website? I’m starting to have my doubts.

This company is a scam! They lure you with low prices and state that it takes 3-5 business days to make glasses and then ship. On both occasions I have ordered, my orders have been on “back order” and arrived a month later. I called yesterday about an order from 2 weeks ago and they stated that they haven’t even started to make the glasses. Fool me 3 times, shame on me. If they just said it takes a while to make and ship glasses, I wouldn’t be mad but I hate false advertising.
