It took an entire month to ship my order, with updates from EZ Contacts. I had to contact them twice to get the status of my order. The price was good, but the delay was insufferable and unnecessary.

We’ll never buy from this company. Communication is lacking and poor aside from one guy I finally got a hold of on the phone. Website is also awful, when a product is on back order mention that when someone spends $500.

This was the worst experience I have ever had buying glasses. They are no cheaper or faster than any of the other online glasses shops. Customer service tells you what you want to hear to get you off the chat. Go anywhere else, do yourself a favor.

Didn't know once you ordered an item you were automatically placed on receiving the item every month and how would they know if the item helped the person or not just automatically send it and charge them on their credit card every month. Their ad goes on and on trying to sell you dozens of other products. To me this is not the way to run a business.

Order was placed on 8/24 and order was barely shipped today, 9/4. Paid extra for fast shipping too.

My order was said to be delayed 2-3 weeks due to backorder and so I called to cancel and still hasn't been canceled per my request

Terrible business practice. Will have waited two weeks before lenses were even received by this company, then another week for delivery. Money held three weeks before receipt of product?!? Website states 24 hour notice if there is an availability delay - BEWARE. NO UPDATE provided. No tracking provided. Not even received there from manufacturer. This is unnacceptable business behavior. Have gone to competitors - quicker, cheaper and with prompt customer service.

Bad customer service and inaccurate shipping times. I don’t mind that shipping takes a long time but the dishonesty is what bothers me. Don’t claim it takes up to 14 days when it can take double that.

Terrible customer service. Ordered glasses cost range of $500 near first of month and immediately the credit card was charged. No status subsequently provided so after about two weeks sent message asking for status update. Was then told frames were out of stock although web site noted 'in stock, ships immediately' and it would be 3-5 more weeks. Now almost as month later and no follow up status provided. Last time I do business with this firm.
