I believe that I have received a bad batch of contacts on my last order. The contact(s) for my left eye have no vision in them. Like they are just clear plastic. No problem with the right eye--I can see out of the right eye contact.

Ordered contacts and 2 1/2 weeks later still haven’t received them with zero response from ez contacts when called and emailed them about the delay

Ordered a month ago; ordered it two weeks before my new eye exam appointment hoping it would come before then, even paid for faster shipping 3-5 business days. Been wearing my old prescription. Just got an update that it’s shipping. Would like some money back

Waited 2.5 months for my prescription sunglasses to be delivered only to find the lenses were made out of some cheap blue-tinted plastic with virtually zero protection against sunlight. These are supposed to be top-of-the-line glasses; nowhere on the website is any statement claiming these would be knockoff lenses. Any updates having to do with the extended wait period came only after I contacted the company. What a let-down.

I was sent the wrong contacts back in August and am still fighting to get the correct pair. I've had to save all ofthe emails and spell out exactly what occurred and still have no resolution. I never had any issue prior but I will not be using this company going forward. Their customer service team is nice but every email is like starting a brand new conversation.

If zero stars were an option, I would pick that. I still have not received my product, today, October 8th 2024 when my order was placed September 20th 2024! These sunglasses were supposed to be a gift for my daughter for her birthday and needless to say, weeks later and the shipping info still says package waiting to be picked up by carrier! I am beyond angry! Never again will I buy a product from this business!

The order was delayed for a week and no communication was made to me, nor was there any information in my account. I had to call in an hunt for a reason why the order was delayed. The customer service rep only offered an excuse, no solutions. I had to request a refund, she didn't even offer one.

I paid for two day shipping so they would arrive prior to my optometrist appointment they weren’t even shipped for days you advertised there was a discount to be applied at check out I never received. I also never received a refund for the two day express shipping I paid for so I would have the frames in time which I no longer need because you didn’t ship them in time. You won’t get further business from me

After signing up I was not given the option to place my welcome10 10% discount. I messaged the care team and she (Ashley) stated I was given a discount already when I wasn’t given the option to enter my welcome10 discount code. 2 days later it asked if I was still interested in using my code.

The representatives at EZContacts were harldy professional. I ordered perscription glasses from them on September 13th. I heard nothing about my order, so on September 23rd I politely asked if they had an estimated shipping date for my glasses. They responded with "I see that your item is currently estimated to be available to ship in 7-10 business day, as indicated on our website." Which was not stated anywhere on the website, and gave me an uncreal answer as to when my glasses might be ready to ship. 7-10 business days from when I ordered them? 7-10 business days from this email response date? On October 2nd I receive an (automated?) email update stating the glasses are taking longer than expected to ship. I reply to the email again simply asking for an expected shipping date. Within hours I get a response that the glasses are already processed for shipment and should ship out in 1 business day. Today is October 4th and I can view the USPS tracking number they provided, however it only states that a shipping label has been created, USPS is still awaiting the item. I replied to the email with a thank you, but my email came back because it was not deliverable to help@ezcontacts.com who I had been contacting previously. I had another email from help@email.ezcontacts.com, so I tried that address. The automated response I received was that my email address had been blocked from that server. At this point I beleive this company is a scam and I will never receive my order. I don't want others to encounter the same experience. I will update this review if I ever receive what I ordered, but if USPS doesn't receive the shiipment then I will try to get a refund. Hoping for the best still.

Horrible online ordering experience. As part of the prescription uploading process, there is an option to view the upload, so I did so to make sure the pic of my script was legible. But there is not an obvious way to exit the view and return to the ordering process. It kept sending me back to the beginning without confiming my order had been placed. So I went through the process multiple times by accident. I ended up with 3 separate orders of the same thing, was charged for shipping on 2 of the 3, because after the first attempt I decided to pay for faster delivery. Upon discovering I had been charged 3 times a mere 5 hours after ordering, I immediately went back to try and cancel the extra orders. The website has no option for this. Only a contact/email option. It was almost midnight at that point. I sent emails on 2 of the order numbers, but the response the next day was that they had already shipped, and I would be able to return when I received them. However, when I went to start the return process I was informed that I would not only lose the $9.95 I had spent TWICE to ship the 2 extra orders, since these idiots sent all 3 boxes as SEPARATE boxes, but I was also expected to pay an ADDITIONAL $9.95 to ship them back. Lesson learned. Discount contacts means a company with poor customer service that does not care about fostering loyalty or repeat business. I'll go back to using my previous supplier.

I ordered two months worth of dailies, having tried it for the past 3 days, it often falls out of my eyes and I have to push it back into my eyeballs. This is an odd case because I've previously bought in store contacts at my local eye doctors and from the same brand, and they worked perfectly. So I don't know if this online store is just selling fakes... now I have 57 days left of these contacts.
