Was told 7-10 business days before product shipped at time of checkout. Ended up taking 18 business days. Poor expectations were set to customer.

Shipping was significantly delayed with no helpful communication or updates. I received an email saying something along the lines of “place your order before Oct 17th so that your product ships before we are out of office”. I placed my order well before that date but it still did not ship in time.

I am disappointed with my experience. I ordered sunglasses online and didn't receive any updates for two weeks, which is longer than the usual processing time. I contacted the company by phone and sent two messages to request the cancellation of my order since I had ordered the same sunglasses from another company and had already received them. I was about to call again today, but I saw an email stating that my glasses have now shipped. It seems they don't read or respond to customer messages. Now, I will have to wait for the glasses to arrive and then ship them back across the country, which is inconvenient for both me and the company. I wish they had better customer support. I will not be purchasing from them again and cannot recommend this company.

I went on the site right before the Jewish holiday and nothing on the site said that they were not taking 3 to 5 day orders because of the holiday. I have been waiting since October 17 for my order to be shipped. Today is the 27th and when i called I was told if I want a refund for the faster delivery I won’t get my delivery for another 7 to 10 days. Wow. Very unprofessional. And inconvenient. Very disappointed. I’ve been in desperate need of my contacts. So I guess I must wait. Never will use your site again.

Ordered online and it took 10 days for shipping to occur. I sent messages online and then an email. I don’t know if it would’ve shipped had I not sent that email

DO NOT BUY from Ez Contacts. I ordered sunglasses and soon received and email saying they were out of stock and back ordered. This was not shown on the website when I purchased - it said the product was in stock and would ship in 3-5 business days. I have since tried to contact them to cancel the order but nobody replied to my emails. Stil no reply and no refund. Terrible customer service

I have always enjoyed EZ Contacts but I have to tell you this order has me baffled. I understand your company closed for a week for a religious holiday. That is your company's right and I have not issue with it other than the fact you were not upfront about this. I ordered on 10/17. I should have been told that the office would be closed and not process any orders. My order is supposed to ship today. We will see when I get it.

Took forever to send out my order. I went online to cancel because it took too long and I couldn't even cancel because they weren't available for weeks! I was planning on calling them today to cancel because today was their first return to work day but they sent out my order before I had the chance to call. Never buying from them again!

I ordered October 17th and today is the 28th. I paid extra to have glasses shipped in 3-5 business days. I have not received my glasses. I bought them for my vacation.. Well, they are not going on vacation with me, I left on Sunday for 2 weeks in Europe. No word on when they are supposed to arrive. Big disappointment

There was no warning on the ordering site that they were going to be closed for two weeks. I needed my contacts right away. Also, I paid the extra processing fee so that it would ship more quickly. It shouldn’t have been an option if they were closed.

Bad communication. I ordered sunglasses that I needed to arrive within about a week. I paid for expedited shipping to ensure they’d arrive on time, after days of my order status still being on “Order Received” I decided to email them and cancel my order. I then get an automated response saying they’re observing some holiday and will be closed for the rest of the week and to email them again once they open again. Nowhere while ordering did they mention they’d be closed for like a week and from other reviews I found online people say stuff you order will be out of stock and they won’t indicate that any any point until after you’ve ordered and ask them what’s the hold up. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Last contacts I ordered took almost a whole month before it got shipped. No updates or follow up regarding a delay in shipment/delivery. Had to follow up myself.

I order contacts for my daughter from 3 different online companies, based on price and availability to see who had better service and reliability. I received my contacts from the other two companies with in a week. I had to email EZContacta is going to take almost 3 weeks. I emailed customer support and never got a response. I’m very disappointed as this company was recommend to us.
