Ordered glasses a month ago, 10/05. They haven’t been delivered. Got a notice they were being delivered. FedEx says only a label was created.

I ordered a refill on contacts on 10/20. I checked on order 10/24/2024. After not seeing them ship, I called on 10/24/2024, only to find your office was closed until 10/28/2024. I ordered from another vendor that day and received them on 10/25/2024, paying $20 for expedited shipping. The order was still $20 cheaper. I then emailed you referencing my order, and advised I wanted the order cancelled. I just got a shiiping notification on 11/4/2024. Poor delivery time, poor customer focus for closing for 2 business days, and poor execution for not cancelling order.

I am disappointed with the communication from EZContacts. I realize that the company was closed for the Jewish holiday, but only because I called to see an approximate date that I would be receiving my order. When I called they said that they were not in stock and would be a few more weeks. I only found all this out because i made the phone call. I just feel that when you are spending this much money and there are other options, they could send an email to update customers on their order.

I ordered contacts on October 16. I emailed on October 28 because they still had not shipped. I got a response the next days saying they were shipping. It is now November 2 and still no contacts. I’ll never order from here again.

I ordered 4 boxes of contacts on October 18th. I JUST received them today, November 2nd. I called them, well, tried to call them 5 times about why my order wasn't shipped, and never once got through on the phone (At different times, on different days, even different weeks). I also emailed them, and never received a response. They were closed for at least a week for vacation (but never posted that they would be closed on their website). I eventually got through on the computer chat function Monday. They said they had to custom order my contact lenses (which seems like baloney) and they didn't have them yet (after weeks of waiting already). They didn't tell me that my lenses were custom order and would take significantly longer when I ordered, either. If it had taken a normal amount of time to get my order, I would have had plenty of contacts left, instead of stressing out about running out of them. There were so many chances to communicate that would have made the experience better. That they failed on every opportunity to communicate is why I gave them such a low rating. I also asked for the chat transcripts, and they never sent those to me either. This was my first time ordering from them and I'm very disappointed and frustrated. I will say one major positive is they didn't charge the obscene handling fees most other online contact lens companies charge. The chat representative was pleasant as well.

I order a parir of glasses on 10/21/24 with a shopping method of 3-5 business days. It’s been 2 keeks of that (10 business days) and i haven’t even received the shipping tracking number. 5 days after my order they sent me an email asking for my prescription (to make sure I ordered correctly) … i mean all very unprofessional

Well customer service is the worst if you ever have a problem don't expect for it to be resolves been almost now 3 weeks since ordered glasses and now they are shipping I do not know if they will come but we will see but I was on hold with customer service for 4 hours one day and no one ever helped me so I hung up because 4 hours is ridiculous and I called the next day and waited 3 hours on hold still no answer so I think they have the absolute worst service in history I do not know if I would recommend it because I still have not gotten the glasses I hope the glasses come out nice at least I have waited this long.

They shipped my contacts after 2 weeks and after I said to cancel the order. Then after they return from “vacation” it took them 3 days to ship out my contacts even though their website states will ship in 1-2 business days.

Ordered contact lenses and only received updated shipping information after I inquired, a week after purchase. I ordered these based on shipping times so I could have them before I leave town. That wine be happening, and I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Don't use this company to order glasses. I ordered glasses on Oct 10, 2024. I paid for expidited shipping, the glasses were not shipped (with DHL) until Nov 1, 2024. EZ Contacts never told me they would be closed for 3 weeks due to a Chinese Holiday that shut down their facility in China for over 2 weeks ! Incredible .

Placed an order on 10/20 and contacts didn’t ship until eleven days later on 10/31. FAQ page says orders processed at the latest, the next business day and then an additional one to two business days to ship. Leaving town in a few days, hope my package arrives in 2 days, but not likely. Was not a special order item so should not have taken this long to ship! Processing too slow! Buy somewhere else!
