I placed an order Oct 15 and twenty two days later, still waiting . First they went on Sukkot holiday. That should have been posted across their website so people understood they were not processing orders for about 2 wks. Once they returned, it took a few days to process, then went to DHL and sit for 3 days now DHL has handed it off to the USPS. I have the worst postal service and almost never get any packages or important mail. Though it shows up on my Informed Delivery it rarely makes it to me. I won't use EZ again.

Lousy customer service. Ordered wrong lenses, tried to cancel within minutes of ordering, zero response. Still trying to reach them. Run, don't walk, away.

It has been several weeks and I have still not received my glasses. I have received zero communication about them. I gave you guys almost $400 and I’m feel like I’m in the dark here.

Placed my order 10/25 got an 10/30 saying there was a delay, 8 days later after the delay email I received another email stating that my order was shipped. So it told 12 days before my order even shipped. Still waiting for my prescription eyeglasses to be delivered. Hopefully I will have them in the next 2-3 days. I did email EZ on 11/05 asking to cancel my order because I at that point I would have been better off going to lens crafters down the road from my home but of course I never received a response, just a shipping notification the next day ( amazing right). Would have been nice if they would have fedex/overnight my order as a good juster.

My order was promised to ship 3-5 business days. I was notified of a delay which I understand. After the new ETA, I had to reach out multiple times to find new tracking. Absolutely no response. Very disappointed in their customer service and lack of communication. They sure kept sending me sale ads per email. You think someone in the medical world wouldn’t ghost their clients/patients. I thought wrong.

Been waiting on my order for 4 weeks... Called twice and no one answered. Emailed and no one responded. I received this review before anybody responded so I'm writing my frustrations on this form. Hopefully someone will respond after seeing this review.

Don’t buy here. No communication after multiple attempts to contact customer service. I eventually had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I assume after they were told that I had disputed the charge. They made sure to quickly ship the item even though I had requested several times that they cancel the order due to lack of communication. This has gone on for the past two weeks and they never bothered to reach out. Don’t risk your money here!

I ordered sunglasses October 18, and still they are being processed? Supposely they are being shipped in the US. Hopefully I can cancel my order soon.

Has been 15 days since I ordered and my glasses still have not shipped. I requested a cancellation and was told I could not. So, now when I get them, I will be sending them back, but I will have to pay $10 shipping. Will not be returning to this site for glasses.

I was very unhappy that I did not discover that the entire EZ Contacts operation would be totally shut down for 10 days and I would not receive my contacts until after I left for a trip overseas. This should have been disclosed BEFORE I ordered. There was a tiny banner at the top of their web page mentioning 'holiday hours" but it was not prominent and required to be clicked on. In addition it turns out that my contacts were not even in stock when they reopened. Out of stock items should be identified as such on the product description page. They did refund the $9 expedited shipping fee but that was little consolation as I never received my lenses before traveling although I ordered them more than 3 weeks ahead of time!

I did my order 13 August and until today 04 November I still waiting to receive my prescription glasses. Every time I send an email asking the status of my order and tracking number they tell me to wait 2 weeks… and it’s been like that for months… so frustrating!! First and last time I buy at this website!! The price is more cheap than other places but don’t worth the stress. I don’t recommend !

I reached out to cancel my order, I never heard back on this and 1-2 days later my order shipped. I also never uploaded a prescription either because I received a message that this needed to be verified before the order was sent out. Now I have to wait for the order that I asked to cancel with plenty of time before it shipped to come in, so I can send it back, and be refunded. I’m not happy with the service.
