“The worst company I have to deal with no phone number sent Numerous emails kept getting emails in my junk saying they Attempted delivery I stayed home three days from work. I’m not even a phone call or an email really unprofessional. I give it a zero if I could absolute joke. Of a company”

“They are rubbish. They tell complete lies that they have contacted you when they haven't and attempted to deliver your parcel and that it was rejected when its not true. I'm still waiting on a parcel from monaghan to come to cavan for almost a week. I don't know why anyone uses them as a courier.”

“Absolutely shocking service. Lies updated on tracker. Delivery to rural areas a joke. Has taken 11 working days for a delivery to travel 28miles. Worst Delivery service in Ireland.”

“Worst delivery company around. I’m waiting days for my package , I knew once I seen it was collect by fastway there was going to be problems and sure enough I was right . Fastway needs to be shutdown they are nothing but a bunch of scammers”

“Woah the drivers are so lazy I left a note in the “ manage my delivery “ section saying plz leave parcel behind side gate . And they couldn’t be arsed to check …so all I get back is “ we’ve attempted to deliver ur parcel we will attempt 2 more times “ I won’t be at the house … what’s the point of having a section where you can manage ur delivery and add a note if delivery drivers don’t bother to check …. LAZY”

“This is one of the most unprofessional company. They can not be relied and company who use fastway should think whether saving couple of bucks is worth the customer experience you get. No phone number anywhere because well they know they are absolute disaster and if people complain they might have to get up their lazy ass and maybe make few deliveries. Genuine petition to shut down the company and find some other way to scam people.”

“I purchased 3 different products from 3different companies recently and never got my deliveries Fastway said they could not deliver as the address was incorrect even though address was on the orders. They do not reply to emails and have discontinued their phone line luckily I got refunded from all suppliers. Why are suppliers still using these couriers”

“Waiting on two orders from seperate companies that were supposed to be delivered a couple of days ago. The usual lies of knowone was home we tried to deliver etc...Will give it one more day than will contact companies to get refund...if i had known these companies used fastway I would not have ordered from them...Christmas is in a couple of weeks so just be aware of companies using fastway and the potential for not receiving orders...I cannot understand why places cannot just use DPD or An post.”

“AVOID AT ALL COST. Shyters. The only reason I clicked one star was because I had to click a star to give a review . A BUNCH OF UTTER SHYSTERS. False advertising on the website. There is no number to call them. No reply to my messages. No reply to my emails. Second time I've had this problem with them. No idea how they get away with their conduct. I'm reporting them to comreg. No communication channels other than chatbot schtick. Lied about calling when allegedly trying to deliver. No delivery .”

“A bunch of cowboys, there really should be regulation of courier companies in Ireland, if there was these would be long out of operation. Every time they mess up a simple delivery, the drivers don't want the hassle of travelling off the main Rd. We have had parcels dropped to strangers over 5km away”

“Trying to get in contact for the last two days with them but no response. Keep saying my parcel won't be delivered as I'm not at home but any other courier just leaves it at the back door. Ridiculous. Will never order from any company that uses Fastway again.”
