“Unfortunately, the tutor's conduct was not professional. He never attended the second lesson as planned and kept us waiting all Saturday afternoon. He did not bother to cancel the appointment and never answered our calls.”

“I was looking for a singing teacher for my son, and found first tutors very easy to use, with a good selection of tutors, along with post codes at a glance, to show which were in my area. Clicking on the teachers gives information on experience, along with reviews from previous customers, which helped to make an informed choice.”

“I found there was a good choice of tutors to choose from. Having selected the tutor I wished to contact, we had a quick exchange of requirements and availability. Within minutes of paying the introductory fee I was forwarded the tutor's address etc and the first lesson was arranged. It may just have been the tutor I selected but the system was very efficient. Contact from my initial selection was within hours and once I had been 'introduced' arrangements were within minutes.”

“We were very disappointed with the outcome. The tutor did not show up and stating personal reasons decided not to provide tutoring services after all. We are out of pocket by £14.99 fee. We are looking for another tutor but reluctant to use this service gain. We need First tutors to contact us so that we can discuss how we can find another tutor without incurring further costs or receive a refund.”

Dear Nithiya, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your tutor let you down but as you didn't contact us we were unable to help you. We do have a specific procedure to follow when this happens which entails leaving feedback on the tutor's profile so that you can claim another tutor at no further cost.
