“I found Martin very personable and knowledgeable. He made both me and my daughter feel very comfortable and my daughter felt able to ask for clarification when needed. He set a clear plan of what to do and explained fully the work that they were going to cover having gone through a very thorough conversation with Ellie.”

“Overall I was able to successfully use the website to get a dance tutor, however I did find the website both confused and confusing. If it was simplified with questions like "do you want a dance tutor now, yes or no"?, with the option to click on the answer to take you to the next stage rather than the more complicated way you site accepts commands I feel it would be better”

“I found the website hard to navigate, then when I found the right tutor and we had a conversation one of my email was blocked. When I went to pay I couldn't because the system said there was 'an internal fault' - I spoke to a customer agent who said this happens sometimes. Not a great response. The fee I paid was very reasonable but the service is not great. Needs a lot of work. FYI my tutor is great.”

“No lesson todate, Tutor initially very keen to arrange initial lesson, subsequently 10 days wasted due to tutor repeatedly changing goalpost with regard to his availability. Last email says`I can still accommodate ----- if he's able to do Mondays regularly after 6.15. very disappointed”

“First time using this services to search for an online tutor. The site provides a full range of available tutors with useful 'icons' to see if a tutor provides an online support - thus avoiding lengthy conversation and straight to the matters. Fair terms and conditions with a sense that they genuinely trust the prospective clients (and their tutors). Fair fare, too.”
