“Relatively easy to use. Very easy to find tutors within your geographical location and easy to contact them. Quick responses back. Only trouble I had was to agree to wanting a particular one but then I found the info telling me that the tutor has to agree first. Apart from that great. I would prefer knowing up front the cost rather than from £10 or the range of £10-30. Would recommend and would use again”

“Initially it was tricky understanding the market place from the direct contact process, but once I got my head round it using First Tutors was straightforward. I found what I was looking for and was able to engage a tutor with zero fuss.”

“I found the process of choosing and arranging a tutor too impersonal and long-winded. No problems with the tutor once I find one near enough to me. A lot depends on your location. Dundee is very short of tutors and it is very difficult to find experienced tutors prepared to travel to the student. I would be better if tutors could apply for advanced disclosure through the site.”

“Was finding it hard to find a private English tutor for my son; however when using First Tutors found one within 0.5 mile from my doorstep. So far whole experience very good.”

“The service was really good. I was a bit worried at first, because I never any experience of using this kind of service but in the end when I saw how quick it works, you get all the information quick. Good service, I would use it again or recommend any time.”

“Our son was struggling when he changed from GCSE's Maths to A-Level, even though he had a good GCSE result. To help him progress we hired Diana who has proven to be a great asset and after 3 lessons his test results have improved significantly. Diana is patient and thorough and produces good results. We would highly recommend her.”
