“Very easy to use with reviews about the tutors”

“The site was fairly easy to use and the contact information for the tutor came very quickly. We were able to set up a tutor in less than a day. The only downfall was that only one of the three tutors actually contacted us.”

Dear Harriet, Thank you for your feedback. It is completely optional for a tutor to upload their profile picture, and many do so that tutees can see exactly who will be providing tuition. Should you wish to see feedback past tutees have left for a tutor these can be found on the tutors profile. However, tutors do have the right to hide feedback which will show up as negative on their profile. In light of this most tutors don't hide their feedback. “Used this site and another to find a tutor. No one replied from the other site but we were contacted immediately by the tutor from here. The whole process was very quick and easy from finding her to paying and organising a session. Very pleased with the entire service and would recommend.”

“Confusing process to get in contact with the tutor...Admin fast with responses when there was an issue with an email ( ie a phone number exchanged) but slow off the mark when asked to clarify the process.”
