Spent £120 and £6.99 for them to send me an EMPTY box. Sent all the proof that the box wasn’t damaged so was a mistake from them in the warehouse. They said that it was weighed to 0.5kg show something was inside, I weighed the empty box to the exact same weight and sent it back to them to show nothing was in there the whole time and they just ignored it and wouldn’t allow me to get my money back. Don’t even get me started on how AWFUL the customer service was, all of them were rude and so unhelpful. Tried to make out I was a liar as well

I purchased All white Balenciaga Trainers for £349. My order number is: FLAN40000064641869. Item was purchased 13/01/2021 for next day delivery. One of the shoes who off-white and had red stains on the top shoe cotton peice. I have emailed flannels customer service, now have a case opened with paypal and also raised with trading standards, once delivery arrived. Ive attached loads of pictures below too. - feel free to reach out for more pictures

Only giving a one star because I have to - website clearly states here: https://www.flannels.com/coronavirus-information that you can return 28 days after store re-openings but they are refusing to allow my partner to exchange brand new trainers. they also claim to have an extended returns policy - all other stores are 31st january. Should have known better buying from a Mike Ashley owned company

Scammers. Ordered several items. Received an item I did not order. Told to return it as mistake made. After returning. Still not received my items or a refund. Now I will have to file a chargeback with card provider and report them to trading standards. AVOID!!

Ordered the ladies GG Belt and was sent the men's belt, arranged for the return and issue of the correct belt. Despite a very helpful customer service representative a Man's belt was sent out for a second time by the warehouse, even sent them pictures and links from their own web site and they still got it wrong. Never again for me, considering the cost you pay for the items you would think they would get right, one time !

Will not offer a returns service in lockdown! I didn't feel I needed to check a company like this return policy! Will use Harrods/Harvey Nichols or selfridges in future. Their returns are efficient and safe (and free, although I dont mind paying just not £79). Ordered online, item isn't what I expected and I have to source my own courier return - will be £79 to fully insure a £1100 handbag. I was going to keep one of the items I bought but not now. Disgusted. They have removed the review facility off google...........speaks volumes. Shame because their website is 5*, they stock 2 of the brands I often buy from Selfridges and delivery service is efficient.

Terrible website. No current information on current tier 4 store closures. I have an in store item to return, receipt states return by Jan 3rd. I do hope Flannels will honour this return when the (Leicester) store opens! Tried ringing the store...phone just ringing out. Surely the store manager could have put a answer phone message to say the store is temporarily closed due to the current lockdown. I suppose that’s too simple 😠.

After I ordered Maxmara coat, I had very difficult situation because of Covid. But thanks to Omer who works at oxford st, (actually he saved my life!!), I was able to receive it. I really really x 100, appreciated what and how much he helped me. I've never seen this kind of person in my life, seriously. Thanks again.

Hideous customer service and go back on their word. Told when I asked about NHS discount that the item I was buying was eligible for nhs discount for me to then find out it wasn’t once in store. When I asked I even sent a photo of the item and was told yes. Bunch of cowboys

Absolutely disgusted at the way my partner was treated at your oxford branch by the manager refusing him access claiming it's private property and he couldn't enter because he is medically exempt from wearing a mask ! Both my self and my partner spend a hell of a lot of money inyour stores every week and we have never been so degraded buy such an uneducated moron who clearly needs to go and learn basic human rights and a bit of respect for customers buying from you ! I own a store my self and would never allow my staff to degrade my customers In the way yours do aswell as assaulting someone with a walkie talking ! I suggest you deal with this issue before we do begin to take this matter further ! Government guidelines, rules and regulations clearly stated you cannot ask someone to prove there exemption ! And any store , individual and company can be fined up to £9000 for doing so ! So you need to be teaching your staff denying customers entry due to been medically exempt and refusing to provide proof is degrading and goes againt the human right equality act put In place in 2010 there for we will not accept your absolutely vile attitude and discrimination of someone who is clearly exempt !!!! You have lost many customers !

Disgusting Customer Experience with very uneducated staff! I was in Oxford Yesterday to buy rock studs footwear for my other half and few other items for myself but was refused entry after door man poked me with his walk-in talkie to ask me to wear a face mask I then told him I was medically except and he then questioned me on providing proof. Which I then responded I have no legal obligation to prove my exemption under the government guideline and that refusing me entry and questioning my exemption is discrimination under the disability act but still wouldn’t allow me to enter and gathered his manager to deal with it! The manager herself was rude and ignorant from the get go and was uneducated on the exemptions and wouldn’t allow me to discuss it with her and was under a crazy illusion that it was private property so they could deny me access due to not wearing a mask which I can’t not wear because of medial reasons! But she is wrong the store is offering a public amenity which then does not give it the private property status! I’m very ashamed that other human beings could be so damn degrading to a paying customer who not only myslef but my other half spend a considerable amount of money in flannels and have never had an experience like this from any store! And I will be looking into legal action! And have lost not one but two customers and will be more as word will spread!

I can see why Chester branch only has 1.6 rating out of 5 on Facebook ! Shocking and rude members of staff ! They all need a lesson in customer service skills on how to treat customers with respect! Advise people to stay away from the Chester branch! Returns policy is a shambles and staff are very discriminating!
