“A masterpiece in lying. AVOID at any cost!!!
They cancelled my flight 3 weeks ahead, on my 1st day of the holiday. I ask them to move my flight to an earlier time, but day after day they were saying is impossible and all they can do is move all of my flights 24 hours later. When. I ask them for an official statement from my insurance company and my employer, suddenly they can put me on a earlier flight! Right after I booked another night in the hotel!!! But hey, I still need to pay them for changing my flight! It wasn't my idea since the day first! Never had any issues with any travel agent or airlines. Also, I will make sure they will lose customers. Disgusting at every level of customer service!”
“Tried booking, fine until payment section then 'operational issues' after putting in CC details, couldn't complete. Then I get an email saying click on this separate link and several chaser calls. Did a further review check and found some grim feedback. So decided to try another broker, marginally more expensive (Last Minute) but felt much more secure and professional. Might be alright, but initial impression was flaky after the insistent calls”

These people are dishonest. I have made a booking with spelling mistake in the first name (from Abu to Anu - only 1 letter). This is not considered as 'name change'.
Turkish Airlines allows correction of spelling mistake in names Free of Charge (up to 4 characters). This dodgy Flightcatchers.com wanted to charge me £160 to change from Abu to Anu, whereas airlines do not charge anything for this correction. The total cost of ticket was £179!
It's better to purchase your tickets direct with little bit extra than this sort of DODGY, DISHONEST Travel Agent. Hey Dodgy travel agent, What will you do with this 'Haram Money' in your graves?

“Fraudulent company stay away. Virgin Atlantic cancelled the flight & confirmed they issued a full refunded back to the travel agent. But Flightcatchers also known as Polani Travel are trying to charge me admin fees and making excuses to delay refund. Its been 2+ months since & I have all the evidence to show this in court. Stay Away!”

“I am Sreenath, I am not even happy to give one star for flight catchers. Me and my family had a worst experience with flight catchers while travelling from London to India. They have not informed me that the connection flight was cancelled. We were stuck in Delhi airport for a day. We have to book another flight to reach the destination. “Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Paid £622 for a ticket from greece to islamabad and got told id get a refund back excluding taxes of £30-£50 and received £32.50. Bad reviews for this fraud company. Poor service, unprofessional money grabbing bastards. Team leaders are unprofessional and unpleasant. Fraud company who gave incorrect information on 3 occasions, when asked to listen into calls they refused. Definitely taking legal action.”
