Flight catchers AKA POLANI TRAVEL LTD are operating as con artists in disguise, they trick and dupe buyers into purchasing the tickets online without clear information and informing the customer. We bought 7 tickets only to find out that check in baggage is not included. Their agents then called us to offer baggage at a reduced cost and then told us it was time limited deal after it expired and failed to mention any of the information clearly to us so we could make an informed decision. 7 people travelling without check in luggage. Absolute joke. Advisors are left to deal with the poor management decisions. One advisor hung up on me. Others give false promises to help you and repeat the same information repeatedly without providing a solution. Upon looking further into them, they seem to be more fraudulent than genuine. I don't know how they're operating and looking at other reviews they definitely stand for extorting money out of customers once the flight is booked as you have no choice left. Flight catchers is extortion and they do not know what customer service is nor do they have an actual complaints procedure nor does their "office" ever open. They operate remotely and go by fake advisor names. Just search Polani travel Ltd reviews and you will see why they go by a different name now which they have not done well by either. Shame on you for scamming people and ruining people's holidays. Leeching off customers holiday money.”
“A masterclass in appalling customer service. In January 2022 I had to reschedule flights due to new covid restrictions. They charged a fee of £140pp to do this after they had originally told me it would be £30pp. I had no choice but to pay - the flights were £500 each to begin with. I sent emails and made phone calls numerous times asking for explanations and they either didn't reply at all or didn't give me an answer during conversations, saying they would get back to me. Ultimately, they stopped answering me when I was asking a fairly simple question - why am I being charged an agency fee of £140 to change a flight? There was no sympathy or morals do to my changes being unavoidable due to government restrictions. I feel totally ripped off.
Avoid these people and book through another agency.”

Then after one week they changed again and after one week again. And finally a day before my departure they cancelled flight and told me that they will not refund the changes fee. But they can refund original ticket after deduction of admin fee. What admin fee for giving people mentally stress. And now I received email stating that if the refund will approve you will get this back within 8-12 weeks. What the hell. This company should be banned. “I booked a flight for my family of four in advance for July 2021. The actual flight was with Qatar Airways. However Qatar decided to cancel the first leg from London Heathrow to Doha Qatar. When I received the message I contacted flight catchers they instead of just rebooking the flight they are asking me to pay £30 each for all four of my family. It is like you buy an item from a store but the item is damage so you take it back to the store for a replacement but the store would say that it would only be replace if you pay X amount of admin charges. This company already made a profit out of me when I bought the ticket as it was not cheap but now they want more money off me. The irony is that the same tickets for same dates are even cheaper now if I buy now. I have spoken to Qatar airways and they said because the flight was cancelled by Qatar Airways they won't charge any money and it would be free of cost to re-book. However they cannot due it until 96 hours before the actual flight date. When I asked that what happens if all the ticket sold out by then Qatar Airways had no answer they just told me that they had not got control of the ticket until 96 hours before the flight and that Flight Catchers should be charging me extra money for the flight Qatar Airways cancelled as it is free to re-book. I am really disappointed with the dishonesty of Flight Catchers.”
