“Worse experience, please do not use these are thieves. I booked ticket. They changed date which was not suitable for me and charged me £150. Then after one week they changed again and after one week again. And finally a day before my departure they cancelled flight and told me that they will not refund the changes fee. But they can refund original ticket after deduction of admin fee. What admin fee for giving people mentally stress. And now I received email stating that if the refund will approve you will get this back within 8-12 weeks. What the hell. This company should be banned. Please please don’t trust, trust pilot, fake reviews from owner.”

“I booked a flight for my family of four in advance for July 2021. The actual flight was with Qatar Airways. However Qatar decided to cancel the first leg from London Heathrow to Doha Qatar. When I received the message I contacted flight catchers they instead of just rebooking the flight they are asking me to pay £30 each for all four of my family. It is like you buy an item from a store but the item is damage so you take it back to the store for a replacement but the store would say that it would only be replace if you pay X amount of admin charges. This company already made a profit out of me when I bought the ticket as it was not cheap but now they want more money off me. The irony is that the same tickets for same dates are even cheaper now if I buy now. I have spoken to Qatar airways and they said because the flight was cancelled by Qatar Airways they won't charge any money and it would be free of cost to re-book. However they cannot due it until 96 hours before the actual flight date. When I asked that what happens if all the ticket sold out by then Qatar Airways had no answer they just told me that they had not got control of the ticket until 96 hours before the flight and that Flight Catchers should be charging me extra money for the flight Qatar Airways cancelled as it is free to re-book. I am really disappointed with the dishonesty of Flight Catchers.”
