“The samples were great! I really like all the colors. Very fresh & in style. I was just bummed that in the craftsman sample, the grooves didn’t match the design on the wood. That’s the only thing holding me back from ordering. Other than that, they seem great!”

“I received samples of several of the signature and base Modin planks. My favorite colors were Kingswood and Nakan. Soho was disappointingly lighter than many of the online pictures showed — very blonde. Nakan is also a bit lighter than I prefer, though a nice color for a Scandinavian look. I liked Brenwick, and if I was going for a darker floor it would be a top choice. I was hoping for a warmer (red/orange) tone in the Kingswood, but it reads more grey/brown in my space. I do like the 20 and 40 mil wear layer options as well as recyclability that this product offers. I personally prefer the slightly thicker (easier to install) Signature planks, especially because the bevels are more noticeable. They are almost invisible in the base line. I’m going to look around a bit more at other brands first since none of these color samples is quite wowing me in my home lighting. The product specs, however, are appealing.”

“We ordered both the Kingswood Base and Signature samples. While we liked the advantages of the signature line, we did not like the beveled edge that appeared to be painted. It really drew your eye to that and we did not want that sticking out on the floor. We decided to go with the base Kingswood.”

“The tiles look great and the colors are very nice. The quality is way better than my local retailers. I preferred the base over the premium only because of the raised bevel. Quality and prices are very good.”

“While the Flooret product worked out well in our space, customer service has been less than expected. The first issue occurred when a damaged box arrived. After an online back-and-forth with customer service, the person finally agreed to send us an undamaged box - which then arrived - eventually - undamaged. We needed an additional shipment weeks later. I had to reach out to customer service to inquire about delivery and I received an ambiguous answer that the order would be going out shortly. Again, eventually, we received the shipment. The FedEx driver arrived with the four boxes- 50-pounds each. The driver lost handling of one of the boxes as he lifted them off the truck. The box was damaged, but flooring was OK -not damaged (Whew.) Now, after reading the RETURN policy, I have emailed Flooret support three times inquiring how to potentially RETURN an unused/unopened box of flooring. I have NOT received a RETURN AUTHORIZATION or any communication or acknowledgment of my return request.”

“Received my samples and love the product!! I have a project with a challenging cabinet color...not able to find a product/color that will work for them. Will definitely use in the future! The wide plank flooring is amazing!”

“Definitelyone of the best vinyl planks out there. The weight and thickness of the plank itself plus the 40 mil protective clear coating will attest to that. They are very realistic and the sound deadening is by far greater than most.”

“The samples I received seemed very sturdy and have a great feel underfoot. I did many tests on the sample and they seem to hold up very well. The samples were delayed in shipping, but it seems like everything is these days.”

“The samples I received came quickly and communication was clear and ample throughout the process. I have not purchased any flooring yet, so I cannot comment on the ordering, receiving processes or how the floors were to install and how they look, but so far a good experience with the company. The last order of samples, however, they forgot a piece of the order.”

“I have ordered 9 samples of Flooret flooring as I try and nail down the perfect color choice. I also have about 30 samples of other lvp/spc flooring at home. Flooret's samples are by far much larger than any other competitor sample I have received which really helps give you a great visual. They are packaged well, shipped, and delivered promptly even with the current delivery issues. We are a family of five and have two dogs so I'm testing their durability to see if they'll last. So far they are holding up nicely!”

“The quality of the tiles is very high. I've compared them to tiles from big box stores, luxury tile shops, and other online sellers and have found that I much prefer the colors and the overall look of the Flooret tiles. I'm also impressed by the wear layer being so high. Ultimately, we decided on the Base because we like the microbevels and the width of the planks best. The only snag we had is that we were sent mislabeled samples. I only realized it after receiving the full plank that looked different than the samples. Their customer service is very good. There were no hold times and texts were responded to within 30 minutes. They resent the samples at no cost and I received them within a couple days. My suggestion is to buy get all the samples you like and then get 2 full size planks to really make your decision.”

“I like the soft feel of the planks under bare feet. I am not sure if I like the "enhanced bevel" with the signature line. I am concerned that dirt crumbs may collect in the bevels.”

“The samples look quite promising. It's great to have a visual of the weight, thickness, and width of the product. Every time I have chatted with someone, they are very helpful. I did, however, feel that the samples I received of Brenwick and Catura looked VERY similar, so I wish I would've gotten cuttings that show how those are more distinct from each other. I also read a complaint that the sample a person was sent of Kingswood did not have knots on it, and I also did not receive one like that. While the sample is a good indicator of board feel, make sure you check pictures for color variation. I plan to order this for flooring my house if time allows, so I will have more to say at that point.”
