“What can you say about samples? Well, I can say is that the material felt stronger than comparable Karastan materials. I did not find another flooring material with a thicker "wear layer" at 40mm than Flooret - others typically fall into the 6mm to 20mm range. With ordering multiple samples we felt like we were able to evaluate the locking feature of the samples. Everything connected nicely. We found a small sample we liked so then ordered a large plank. I recommend this before the final purchase so you can see the material in various light conditions. Flooret customer service has been exceptional. I referred my brother to Flooret for his project and he liked what he saw so he is purchasing 500 square feet. Shipping from WA to FL works out to about $.40 cents a square foot - seems fair in today's economic conditions. Assuming you find the color and texture you like, the flooring material in the Signature series appears to be a good value. Good job Flooret!”

“Amazing! As soon as I took the samples out my husband decided to test their durability. Hit it hard with a hammer… it did not dent, chip or break! A knife will scratch the west layer if you really bear down but even then the scratch is not very visible. Can’t wait to replace my old worn out parquet with this!”

“As soon as I received the samples I was pleasantly surprised with how sturdy they felt compared to another brand I had on hand. The width of the signature style compared to most other smaller plants is a nice touch as well, now the hard part of choose a color”

“I installed around 1800 square feet of Nakan Signature. The boards are nice and feel sturdy. While installing the planks I felt that the sides of the top of the plank (not the locking system) can buck up rather easily which is not ideal. Aside from that, the pallets the floors shipped on were either too weak or overloaded as one of them arrived broken and was bowing somewhat in the middle. Thankfully, the boards were not damaged. Overall, the product feels well made and is nice to walk on.”

“These samples are definitely of great thickness. I have put them through quite a bit -- hitting with a hammer, running heavy wheeled carts over them, leaving heavy items sitting on them and scratching at them with sharper objects. I am pleased with how they hold up to the punishment. I am looking for something to last and may have found it.”

“The samples are amazing. I would recommend getting a couple of them to compare as that really helped us see the color, or look at getting the longer planks to be able to see a full picture. We were able to really test these out with the samples by scratching and dropping things on them which really helped convince us we needed Flooret flooring.”

“Okay, I was floored, or better yet "wowed" with the quality of the floor samples! Not all flooring manufacturers are upfront with wear layer, etc, so it makes it hard to compare products in the big box stores. For the money this is a no-brainer. Thank you Flooret :)”
