“We placed 2 sample orders with Flooret. The first order they sent the wrong sample. Customer service was quick to respond and replaced the sample order by sending 2 additional boards. Then we ordered a few more samples to make sure we had all our options. Glad we did! It is hard to get an idea by looking at a picture online. Shipping was quick through FedEx. We will be ordering soon for our basement!”

“The samples I ordered came super quick and are by far the best quality of vinyl flooring I’ve seen. The grain looks like authentic wood and has a real lux quality. I’m loving the Soho color!!!”

“Various reviewers on Houzz raved about Flooret so I ordered a whole bunch of samples. The samples arrived quickly, in perfect shape. I asked a question about insulation, and it was answered promptly and thoroughly. The appearance of the samples is terrific, and you can't beat a 40 mil wear layer, so I will be using Flooret for my new 3 season room.”

“I haven't made a final decision on color, so I'm only reviewing the samples, but so far my experience has been good. Samples arrived quickly and were high quality compared to other samples I picked up locally. Being able to get full plank samples has been key in helping us visualize the space.”
