“The prints turned out great, but they arrived later than I needed them. I know it's probably not their fault, that it was the shipping company, but maybe some extra warnings that the delivery times shown on their estimated delivery aren't always accurate or guaranteed. They did make it right by reimbursing me for the shipping. All in all, it's a decent 4 stars for me.”

“Shipping is always the slowest of all of my suppliers. And for some reason they never see my emails. I’m here waiting for the UPS driver hoping it will arrive today after shipping late and having a shipping delay. It’s not the first time either.”

“Been working with this company for a decade now, and F M taking down the switch app negatively impacted our youth print shop business tremendously. The customer service is always good but the convenience of placing an order is now harder, and a lot of features are gone. bring back the switch ! cant afford it, then make it a membership basis we and plenty of others would have paid for”
