“Quite happy. I bought two gift boxes for work colleagues, as Christmas gifts. Ordered on 14th dec for delivery between 18th and 21st dec. I got worried as I heard nothing until the 21st which was when they were dispatched! Luckily delivery was very good and only took a day. I appreciate it’s a busy time of year, but some reassurance or updates would have been comforting! Got there though and everyone was happy! Thank you”

“I ordered the ‘Dad hamper’ and picked a delivery date of 20th-22nd & then on the 23rd I received an email saying it has been dispatched and may take 5-7 days. It was only attempted to be delivered today. Not good service for somewhere which supplies Christmas gifts.”

“Delicious & Beautiful!! But the delivery post into my letter door and was a bit broken, they should do leave in the front door or call a bell, but apart of that, we really enjoy. Thanks and Happy 2022”

“The image said 12 misleading as I placed the order not only did I receive just 6 but they were all the same flavour. Misleading and very disappointed this was a gift for my son . Also when I received it the courier did not read the message on the door and I also answered the ring ( he couldn’t hear me ) so it was returned to the post office for collection next day ( very annoying).”

“Goods are great but my order was not posted on time! If I hadn’t contacted them it probably would not have arrived at all. I would advise not giving them a date to post in the future. I received a shipping cost refund and an apology after I complained not great customer service”
