“when purchased, delivery dates were within a day or two. there were 5 days before the office being closed for christmas. they didn't show up in time, so they sat until after new year. i ordered here for the speed of delivery and that didn't happen. and the company didn't answer any emails trying to chase up the orders.”

“All in all we were excited to use this service and ordered cheese to be delivered over New Year for a special birthday. Unfortunately the item did not arrive and was delivered 5 days late to a destination we were no longer staying at. On contacting the seller they responded immediately however I am now waiting on a third party to refund me whom I’ve still not heard from. All in all FodaBox have been responsive but still left having paid for a product I e not received nor had a refund for.”
