“I only purchased this item because I was able to choose a delivery date (9th December) because I needed it on the 11th. I had to chase up where the order was and it was obvious it hadn't been sent yet as I received an email a short while after I sent my chase up email. To make it worse they blamed the bad weather and Yodel for the delay. Not a fan of Yodel but was disappointed they got the blame especially as Royal Mail actually delivered the parcel. Why offer a delivery date if you're not going meet it! For failing to meet the delivery date and blaming Yodel I will never use or recommend Fodabox again. Having also looked at the purchase I think it was really overpriced”

“Parcel allegedly delivered by DPD and left on door step in open porch facing the main road. No one rang the bell or knocked the door. There were people in all day. Presumably the parcel was stolen. On your email there was no way to contact you. I won’t be using your services again and will will discourage business partners, friends and family from doing so.”

“After making a large order of multiple hampers, to be delivered to different addresses all feedback from the recipients was absolutely glowing. The products that the company stocks are fantastic, all really original, with a great range to choose from, including everything you could wish for, alongside some delicious treats! The bonus of supporting local businesses is the cherry on the cake. The customer service is fantastic, super helpful, very friendly and generally a company that is a pleasure to deal with. I will be ordering from them again very soon!”
