Ordered in November for a Christmas present, recipient informed me that an item in the box had a best before date of November. Whilst I understand there is a disclaimer which states occasionally some products may change, the gift set did not include any of the cracklings advertised in the gift set. They also received some items duplicated rather than a selection of different items. There was also alternative beers included. could understand if only one or two items were swapped, however with the amount changed and the replacements not being that which should be included ‘cracklings’ it is false advertisement. I emailed customer services who have also ignored my email, so I am not impressed and would not recommend ordering sets from this company

Went through the entire process of ordering and paying, only to receive an email the following day to say they couldn’t deliver to Northern Ireland. We are still in the UK!!! Very disappointing 😢

Bought a box for my dad for his birthday. It was amazing. Products that he’d never seen let alone tried. Presentation was lovely. Quick delivery and straight forward. Would definitely order again

Bought a beer and snack box for a friend who was leaving to go to a new role. He was very impressed with the quality of the hamper and couldn't wait to sample the wares sent to him!

Very well packaged and now assembled both sets look great. Been set up for 5 days and I can see some of the seeds germinating. I bought these to have fresh herbs available in the kitchen during Winter as the supermarket ones seem to die so quickly once I get them home. Very excited about my new purchase

My orders were dealt with promptly although I was a bit annoyed at the amount of postage. That was due to one box coming from Fodabox and the other direct from the supplier, but I get it!

There was a good selection of boxes and I easily found something to send as a present. I was disappointed that the £5 introductory discount was not applied despite putting it in at the right time and it accepting the code. I sent an email to see why this had happened and never received a reply. It also said orders would be dispatched same day if ordered before 2pm. My order wasn’t shipped until 2 days later and I missed the birthday. Tracking is also pretty clunky. I would think twice before using again.
