Really great selection of hampers to suit every price range. Chose the delivery date and the hamper was delivered on time. Recipient was very happy. Will definitely use again.

FodaBox were able to provide my favourite food goodies, through their easy to access, comprehensive website. There was no waiting around for them to complete the order as the items arrived ahead of schedule.

The items in the pack were very small serve except the cheese was little bit bigger. Not worth the money. Plus the delivery was very much behind the promised date. Will not use your site again!

when purchased, delivery dates were within a day or two. there were 5 days before the office being closed for christmas. they didn't show up in time, so they sat until after new year. i ordered here for the speed of delivery and that didn't happen. and the company didn't answer any emails trying to chase up the orders.

All in all we were excited to use this service and ordered cheese to be delivered over New Year for a special birthday. Unfortunately the item did not arrive and was delivered 5 days late to a destination we were no longer staying at. On contacting the seller they responded immediately however I am now waiting on a third party to refund me whom I’ve still not heard from. All in all FodaBox have been responsive but still left having paid for a product I e not received nor had a refund for.

The box itself was fine, if somewhat less than what I had expected. The greater challenge was that I selected FodaBox over a number of competitors based on the website's promise that it would get the basket I selected to the recipient within 24-72 hours. However, the basket took 5 days to arrive. And when I emailed them on day four to point out my frustration and inquire how they intended to fix it, I received a canned reponse saying they are currently overwhelmed by communications and would eventually get to my concerns. Although the box did eventually arrive, I'm still waiting to hear back from the company.

The products are lovely but I was really disappointed by the customer service. I paid extra for delivery on a specific day, the day came and went. I emailed FodaBox and didn't hear back for several days. By then I had managed to make contact on Twitter, apparently there had been supply delays but no one had told me. They redirected the parcel straight to the recipient as I was no longer at the original address. It arrived there but several days late. Delays happen but lack of communication or response is not acceptable, it's a shame but I won't use them again.

Brilliant service. Order placed and my products arrived soon afterwards in an entirely compostable box. Not a piece of plastic in sight! Very impressed and will be ordering again soon.

Ordered from New Zealand as a gift for relatives. Good response and communication about delivery questions. Gift message was not included with package so some confusion as recipient had no idea who the package was from.
