“Despite giving them my full address, the parcel was delivered elsewhere to the wrong address. The wrong address realised it was not theirs and left it outside of the gate. The rain soaked the box and its contents were ruined. I complained to the company, they said apologies but did not offer compensation.”

“Wish I could give a good review, but the person I ordered the Christmas gift for is still waiting on the gift. I was very disappointed in this service. I purchased as a gift on the 22nd and they have not received. I was told the gift would be delivered after the 4th once I inquired. Had I not reached out I would never have received and they would have kept the money. No one even knew there was an order even though I have receipt of the order. Not really a positive experience when this was supposed to be a Christmas gift that has come and gone. I was looking for a reputable hamper place that I could order from on a more regular basis, but sadly, this is not the place. I would suggest you choose your vendors more carefully. I even paid extra for expedited shipping. Disappointing experience all the way around.”
