“Paid for next day delivery (I ordered on the 21st) but because of Christmas it came weeks late. Made unclear there was no more shipping because of Christmas but still allowed me to pay next day delivery.”

“Quite happy. I bought two gift boxes for work colleagues, as Christmas gifts. Ordered on 14th dec for delivery between 18th and 21st dec. I got worried as I heard nothing until the 21st which was when they were dispatched! Luckily delivery was very good and only took a day. I appreciate it’s a busy time of year, but some reassurance or updates would have been comforting! Got there though and everyone was happy! Thank you”

“I ordered the ‘Dad hamper’ and picked a delivery date of 20th-22nd & then on the 23rd I received an email saying it has been dispatched and may take 5-7 days. It was only attempted to be delivered today. Not good service for somewhere which supplies Christmas gifts.”
