I brought an 24 day Gin advent calendar expecting my wife to get 24 small bottle of gin to find out this is not the case. To find nuts tonic water and Juniper berries and we’re only on day 8. £125 is a complete rip off

I tried calling and emailing to change my delivery address, and I did not hear back from you. I received an despatch email today to let me know that the order is being delivered to the original address (not the new one). Also, I have asked numerous times for a VAT receipt and still have not heard anything.

Website a bit fussy, overlap between categories etc. Also I got a total of around 8 separate packages/boxes from my single order - very disappointing from an environmental perspective. Items should be collated centrally and sent in one package. Also makes the offering seem more like a luxury hamper service which is what it’s name suggests and what I thought it would be.

The product I ordered has not been delivered. Due to what I can only presume to be Chrome autopopulate issue, the delivery address had the billing postcode on it, and the product has been delivered to neither. There are some posh brownies floating around in the lost, and a friend without a birthday treats.

I ordered well in advance a gift for friends special birthday, I chose the date option I required but they did not receive their gift until three days after the requested delivery date. I understand Yodel picked it up the day before but this is still not acceptable, I suggest you use a different courier company, one that is reliable and will deliver on the requested date. Yodel are notorious for this issue and I am surprised you use this courier company, for this reason I wont be ordering from you again.

Was doing for frends on zoom - we ordered the same but got different which was a shame as we could not compare- all of our dried oranges were out of date and only 2 of 6 received rose petals- tasting notes would have been good so all in all disappointing

Since her coming of age, I have sent the occasional flowers, chocolates or wine to my daughter on occasions of celebration and as thanks for the help she routinely offers to the family. On a recent promotion and new job acceptance I asked what type of wine she would like and she stated she would prefer beer. Not having sent beer to anyone via mail order before I searched for a site that did this and Borough Box came up on the search engine as the top suggestion. They must pay a lot for search engine optimisation, as the choices were limited to one selection only if I didn't want meat added - she's a vegetarian. Payment was simple and it was an easy website to navigate (one of the benefits of limited choices I suppose).

Sadly ordered a mild to medium assortment for a friend and he received medium to hot . Said they could be returned but why send them in the first place. He probably won’t use them so I have wasted my money.

Ordered a gift with plenty of time. After I had paid I was emailed to say the item was unavailable (although it had been available on site) but would be dispatched early the next week. Only it wasn’t, I waited several weeks for order to arrive so very disappointed

Replacement items were poor, ended up with a packet of peanuts to replace luxury salted almonds and 2 bags of chicken skin as they had no pork scratchings in stock. Not worth the money.
