“The Bahama Mama Sausages that i have ordered in the past have been very good. The last order of these sausages they were very small compared to previous. WLL NOT ORDER AGAIN. Frank Arone 702-596-0707”

“I order dry whole chiles and they sent me frozen chiles that were mold I did a claim after two weeks and they did not want to be responsible.”

Hello, Thank you for the review. While we understand you are unsatisfied with this order we do require issues to be reported within 14 days of delivery. We do make every effort possible to offer resolutions to complaints, however, on this occasion, it was not possible due to this being received outside of company policy. “This is a great company! Never any problems. One of the only places we can purchase Goya Pasteles. The respond and ship promptly. Food is always still frozen when it arrives. Don’t know what we would do without Food Service Direct!”

“Ordered/received 5 Dungeness crabs. The crabs were still mostly still frozen of good size, and seems to be of good quality 👌. My only complaint is that it cost $60 to have them shipped!! Other than the price of the crabs themselves (too expensive) I have no other complaints. At that price, I'm not sure I'll be ordering anymore Dungeness Crab from your company.”

We sincerely apologize. While we strive to be as competitive as possible our prices are not always as low as grocery stores. Prices on temperature-sensitive items also factor in the price of extra packaging for the items. We have a wide variety of products to fit all budgets. “I had a craving for a certain item and I couldn’t find it anywhere to order alone for a decent price. I found it at Foodservice direct where I didn’t have to purchase other products to get the product that I wanted. I love the fact that they did not discriminate on me not being a large company and delivered my product anyway. And I loved the price. I hope I can reach out and order future products and refer others who are looking for something specific.”
