Products are decently priced but they charge way too much for shipping which in turns essentially increases your product price (not making it a good deal). Even when you purchase multiple items your shipping doubles rather than being reduced. Will most likely not purchase other items due to shipping costs and will only buy the 1 item I can’t find anywhere else.

I ordered from you a case of non-organic Tazo Awake English Breakfast Tea, and you sent me the ORGANIC version, which is awful stuff. The orginal, non-organic is tasty and full bodied. The organic variety is tasteless with no body to it at all. I threw it out--the entire case. I won't buy from you again.

I like the fact that you can get the Jack mackerals for our family the only problem I have is the shipping time it takes too get us the item . it’s almost a month before we receive them that’s the problem we have . Shipping takes so long.

Two shipments arrived with outer packaging badly damaged...one with inner, insulated box also damaged and product thawing (about 20% unusable). Problem appears to be with poor packaging by FSD (inner box free to bounce around and damage outer box) and not primarily with any mishandling by delivery company.

I ordered funnel fries that arrived frozen as one large block. It appeared they were frozen, thawed, and frozen again. I was expecting individually frozen funnel fries. An individually frozen product allows the purchaser to choose the appropriate amount.
