“My order was delivered on time and was satisfactory. However, I encountered an issue during the checkout process. I had entered a code for free delivery, but the delivery fee was still charged. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter through email, I was unsuccessful in obtaining assistance.”

“I recently ordered a box of egg patties from FSD. When they arrived, about 1/3 of them were in pieces due to the way that they were packed (loose in the cardboard box - nothing to stop them from being knocked around and breaking during shipping). I contacted FSD and, even though it took a while to get to the right person, they made things right. I was very impressed with their attitude and willingness to make a customer happy. Thank you!”
