I had to quit ordering from you due to me getting maybe half of the Topo Chico’s I order. UPS keeps busting the cases. Keep throwing them a large amount doesn’t even make it to the video at my door.

Ordered a product and said ships in 1 day, had to call them and have them argue with me on the phone for an hour that it’s a special order and takes 6-7 weeks to arrive. I showed them pictures from their web page to show them I was correct. Horrible company that just doesn’t care, horrible customer service.

Thank you for the feedback. it appears our listing did not have the correct fulfillment time listed. This item is actually a special order item which is ordered just for you and can take a little longer to arrive from our suppliers. Special order items can take approximately 6-7 weeks to arrive from our specialty vendors. As requested your order has been cancelled, and your card or account will not be charged for this item. All similar listings have been updated to the longer lead time.

Paid for over night shipping. Still haven’t arrived 6 days later. Hopefully it will get here this week

Not a happy customer! Received my order of baby Mum-Mum teething wafers. I’m ordering as a private customer a 6pack( because I can’t get them anywhere else) and I get the packet with a best before date August04 2024. I only get through 1pack till August.Paid a lot for the shipping. Not happy at all . Hope somebody reaches out.

Thank you for contacting food service direct. I do apologize about the expiration date being in the end of August. However Items shipped by us are guaranteed to be delivered no less than 2 weeks before the manufacturer's “Use by” or “Best by” date. Unfortunately this date is well with in our policy. I do apologize about this. Please let us know if we can help with anything else.

It took about 1 1/2 months to get the order. It was not like what was pictured when I ordered it. I doubt I will be ordering again.

Called to make sure the product in the photo is what I would recieve and was told by a gentelman that he asured me it would be, It was NOT what I recieved! Very disapointed.

1st time customer. Individual, not a commercial entity. I ordered 1 gallon of a specific brand of tartar sauce. It arrived with an expiration date about 3 months out. I communicated to the CS people that the date was too short and I wanted a container with a date that was further out. I don't blame CS for their response. It was almost comical. Read our correspondence to check it out. I'll list some of the high points in the conversation anyway. They responded after involving 2 more people within your staff. Now you've got 3 people working on a simple request. That's a lot of wasted time over a $25 problem. Why not empower the initial CS employee with satisfying the customer? Handling a $25 purchase problem by giving the customer what they wanted? You don't trust your CS employees to make those kind of decisions? Remember, I'm a first time customer. I might actually come back and buy more stuff. Why should we attempt to satisfy a customers request when it's not in the policy we work within? Maybe because you want repeat business? Speaking of comical, the offer I got in resolution of my request was particularly tone deaf. I was sent a return shipping label to send back the container. Upon receipt at your facility and subject to approval, I would be charged a 20% restocking fee and my initial shipping and handling charges would be subtracted from my refund as well. My net refund would be around $8. FSD gets the unopened, shelf stable gallon bottle of tarter sauce back to resell to people who don't care about short shelf lives. I can't think about much more your company could do to repel me from ever wanting to buy from you again. And you'll find the only people to blame for this are the ones high enough up that approved of this process of customer concern resolution. It isn't the CS people I dealt with. I believe they work within the guardrails they are given to resolve problems. My final observation is even though you accept orders from individual people, not just end user commercial food entites, you are not geared towrds the individual user needs. Again, an upper management oversight problem, or not. Good luck digesting. Thanks for offering me the chance to comment on my experience.

We understand that a gallon of tartar sauce may be too large for home use. We would be more than happy to assist you in finding a smaller, more suitable size of tartar sauce or another product that fits your requirements. Regarding the expiration date, the tartar sauce you received is well within our policy, as we ensure all products shipped have a reasonable shelf life. However, we understand your concern and want to provide a solution that meets your needs better. The picture on the website for the 2 lb jackfruit is misleading. It contains citric acid. I avoid all isolated preservatives, they are linked to health issues. I don’t understand why they don’t have all of their ingredients listed in the description

Ordered a case of claussen pickles. Not only were the pickles old with an odd flavor one of the glass jars was busted. Very disappointed and won’t order from this company again

I ordered a case of the Good Earth Sweet and Spicy tea. I received a case of Traditional Medicinals Echinacea Plus. I did get reimbursed, but I never got an explanation nor my tea.

I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with your customer help. I had ordered potato flakes and received mashed potatoes, called to return it and they told me it was not possible, I have no use for it and I wanted my credit or the flakes; hope you people can make your customers satisfied.

Do not order organic frozen strawberries from them it tastes like earth and is moldy and they refused to give refund
