I bought 6 bags of mild kimchi cabbage and it spoiled. I have talked to customer service and they were supposed to get back to me. I have called again with no action! This is bad for a large company like you. Just give me my money back!!!!!!! Very poor customer service 😢

I ordered food and they refunded my money because what I ordered was unavailable at the time so after 2 weeks they refunded money and life went on, but for some reason they got the product in and didn't notify me that they were reshipping my order and charging my card again so I wasn't looking or even aware that I had anything coming to my address and they claimed they sent a package I never received any was still charged for the item. Poor communication with this company and a loss of funds for this low income vulnerable adult thanks a lot greedy company.

As per the listing items that are considered special order are ordered just for you and can take a little longer to arrive from our suppliers. Your order was not originally canceled since it is a special order item, and your card was charged when your order shipped. I do see that you were sent a tracking link to your email notifying you of your shipment progress. According to UPS your order was delivered to you on December 20th. Poor, horrible, charged twice for 1 order, it's been 10 days no delivery yet. Not good.

Thank you for the feedback. For orders containing multiple items, we only charge your card for the items that shipped on that day (plus a portion of shipping costs), and any further charges will only be placed once the other items ship. As a result, you may notice more than one charge from FoodServiceDirect.com on your card, but the total amount will never be more than that on your initial order. Thank you for the feedback, ill be happy to assist. Items that are considered special order are ordered just for you and can take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive from our suppliers. We have over 100,000 items that ship out in 1-2 days! Please reach out to our customer service team we will be happy to help you find these items.

I have tried to order from them twice now. My daughter is gluten free, and used to really love corn dogs… I’ve tried several different brands, which were a fail. The Foster Farm’s look the closest to the breading texture she had liked before. I was willing to buy a large quantity… and each time my order was cancelled. If it is not able to be ordered, the option shouldn’t be there.

Ordered and got an email a week later that they cancelled my order due to supply chain issues. I would have preferred to be told that earlier.

Never got what I had ordered. They haven't given me a refund. I got a fake tracking number just so they could charge my PayPal account.

Second time I ordered acai blend. This time same container different ingredients and color and texture. I asked for a resolution. They told me by text there was nothing they will do for me. Horrible customer service. Failure to make things right. This company does not value customers and does not care about customer resolutions at. I will never order here again or recommend to anyone. Complete failure

I bought cliff bars. I didn’t open any of the cliff bars but I tested them to see how soft they were. They were a little hard. They had a due date of march 24 on them at least. I will never buy from this company again. Cheaper to buy from the cliff company anyway.

Waited and waited for item to be shipped. Item canceled. Said item would not be charged for until shipped. Item was charged for the day item was ordered. STILL have not been refunded my money!!!! Is this place a scam???

Ordered probiotics and like 2 weeks later they said sorry we cannot fill your order. And then ot took me another 2 weeks to get my money back.
