The buns are not fresh and the presentation is unacceptable. The buns are damaged and appearance is poor. I purchased these for an event and will not be able to use these buns.

I still have not received my order . It was supposed to be delivered 22/24 - 11/25 . The order is non refundable, so I am assuming I just wait ?

I used to buy these pepper steaks at Hannaford yrs ago but they stopped selling them they were absolutely delicious. but these ones I purchased I didn’t like at all

I purchased 5 pounds of the oat bran muffin mix. After being concerned about the expiration date I called to verify. The muffin mix was out of date by almost a year. I was shocked at the quality control. Always question dates that are confusing to understand.

I placed an order and two days later (the day before I was supposed to receive them) I received an email that "due to supply chain issues" my order was canceled. Not delayed, or even on backorder, just canceled.

Charged me for my order then said they couldn’t fulfill the order due to supply chain issues then failed to give me a refund. Still waiting and no communication or refund from them. Crooked company!! Beware

I do see that the item you ordered has a processing time of 3-4 weeks but I do see that it was shipped in 2 weeks and delivered to you soon after. I purchased a product I saw on their website and was sent a less expensive, different product from the same manufacture. It took many, many calls, and a lot of arguing before their customer service representatives would give me a credit and return the product. It was such a huge waste of time. All they cared about was figuring out if the manufacturer made the mistake or if they did not one of the four or five different people that I spoke to actually cared that I was the customer with the wrong product. The same product that they don’t have available is still on their website.

We request images of the product received, lot code, barcode, ect to make sure that this issue does not happen again. We would hate for our customers to continually receive the incorrect product.
