My last order was late and the ice packs was thawed out. And there were heat in the cooler.

When you buy a product you want to know when you will receive it and how much you will pay BEFORE you make the payment not after. For that reason I bought it again from another distributor. I need to know how long it will take and how much it will cost me before my check out. In the other hand I am very satisfied with The product shipment it arrived perfect even for a frozen product.

I really don’t understand why I was sent a product that expires 2 weeks after I receive it . I feel like you could at least let the customer know they’ll be receiving a soon expiring item . I bought $500 worth of a product and literally couldn’t even it use threw it all away, buying something in bulk I would think I have longer then 2 weeks to use it all . And customer service was no help of course .

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to hear you had issues with your order. Due to the sensitive nature of food items, our expiration date guarantee is a minimum of 2 weeks. This includes dairy, and meat products as well. I do see you worked with one of our agents who was able to give you a partial refund for this order.

El frosting llegó totalmente líquido, imposible usarlo, pienso que se arruinó, he pedido a otros sitios y llega frío o un poco congelado, y así debe ser, sino con el calor que hace llega líquido.

I still have not received my order yet. I ordered it on July 21st and received an email that it shipped on July 22nd. It is September 1st and still I have not received my order. The link for shipping updates just state “order in process”. Very disappointing. I will not be ordering from here again.

My Discover card was hack right after I called in an order and made a purchase by phone through a sales rep. You may want to investigate alittle deeper. I was happy with the product but was lost on when it would ship. I have to call and get more info.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I can assure you we have fully looked into our system and there are no breaches. If your credit card was hacked it would not have been done in our system. Frozen items, such as the one you ordered have to maintain their temperature during transit. Because of that, some orders are held to ship on Monday so they are not sitting in a hot truck over the weekend. All of our product pages should alert you if an item might need to be held until Monday, but our team is always standing by to help with any questions you may have.

This is the second time I have ordered the Lavosh cracker bread this year. The first time was wonderful, there were maybe 2 or 3 crackers broken cracker bread in 3 boxes (21 breads). The last order I bought was for a wedding I had last week. I purchase 5 boxes! I was only able to salvage 9 of the 35 breads because they were cracked or in pieces! I had to run to Costco and buy 200 croissants. I will never purchase these again!

These are not kept in our warehouse and are only ordered on request when you submit an order with us. The lead time for this product is listed on the product page and you do have to confirm the wait time before placing your order. Our team would have been more than happy to help you find something that would fit your needs and be fulfilled sooner had you reached out before placing the order.

Food Service Direct delivered the product but the expiration date was cut off. So I don't know if it safe to eat pr not.

Product was melted, they sent it again and it was also melted and stuck together. It took two weeks to get a replacement and then it showed up melted again. Don't quit your day job!

*BUYER BEWARE* Website charged us twice for the same order. When we contacted them they wouldn't cancel it. Now we have double product.

I ordered 25# gluten-free flour. Was told it was delivered to my post office. I only use a post office box for safety reasons. Went to the post office and postmistress and assistant spent 10 minutes tracking it down. Instead of VA it was in Quincy Illinois. I am a disabled physically impaired woman and very disgusted 😒 never will I order from this company again. Currently trying to get my money refunded.

I ordered this item on May 20th and it still hasn't been delivered. My Paypal account has been charged, your record of this order says delivered but the tracking record says it has been sent back and forth to several states and is now in Illinois. WHERE IS IT?
