The product arrived on time but 70% damaged. The outside packaging was not damaged, however, the inside packaging had been damaged and tapped over, which means there was prior knowledge that damaged products ware being shipped out. Although it took 4 days of communication, customer service agreed to give me a refund as I requested.

2 months in a row product is shown back in stock. Ordered 3 minutes after in stock alert. Then order cancelled 3 days later for “supply chain issues”. Blames supplier. This company is a drop shipper, doesn’t actually have the inventory so roll the dice and see what actually is in stock.

I made an order and then it was canceled because they did not have the item. I feel it was just to get my email address and keep soliciting me. I needed the item and I did not have time to order from another place.

More than half the box of Graham crackers came broken and I am unable to use them I spoke to someone on chat and they had to forward it to another team and I'm still waiting to be contacted

I bought a special order from this company thinking they were wholesalers. The listing was unclear so I ordered 5 boxes thinking I would get 92 unit. I received 10. I don’t understand how as a wholesaler that you are listing the product for more than anyone on the market. I bought for an avg of $23 per item which is almost $10 higher than Publix, Walmart or Amazon. I just don’t understand the wholesale label.

As per the listing, each case will come with 2 boxes of 8 cups totaling 16 cups per order. I also see you ordered 5 so you would receive 10 boxes of 8 cups. I think the item’s picture was deceptive. I thought I was ordering cups and lids because that’s what was pictured. It was only cups when they arrived. I was going to return them but customer service says I couldn’t because the box was opened and I would incur fees to ship back if it was unopened. I won’t be ordering again.

I got an email asking to change my review since my issue was “resolved” and NO I WILL NOT! I’ll leave another one because you guys sent me apple juice this time and it taste GROSS! I don’t understand I have NEVER had an issue with your company what is going on? This is ridiculous. In order from you because of my severe allergy issue and this is 2 times now that something isn’t right!!!!

Unfortunately, since this item is stated to be refrigerated on our listing and we try to uphold a certain quality standard with our orders, there is no way for us to send the shipment without any gel packs, even upon request. Horrible taste. Ruined my sales. Company did not accept return and did not do anything to accommodate me as this purchase was expensive. So it was a total loss.

Badly overpriced and way overvalued - they mark things up by a factor of 3-4 times what they cost and cannot even manage to send ice cream with dry ice in the summer - no way that I can recommend this rip off company - do it yourself - save money big time and get real service.

I do see that my colleague issued you a refund for the damaged items on 06/20/2023 to the original form of payment.
