Hello, Thank you for the feedback. When you place an order we do place a pending hold on the charged card and once it ships the card is charged. So if there are multiple orders there will be multiple pending holds on your account. You can manage your orders via your account. I purchased a box of 200+ coffee creamers and was very disappointed that they had an expiration date 2 months from my date of my purchase. While these were not expired, there was no way I could possibly use all 200 + creamers in 60 days. My purchase was not eligible for a return because I had opened the box (not realizing the expiration date was printed on the outside of the box ). I feel my return should have been honored, based on the fact that it is not realistic for a person to consume 200+ units of a product in 60 days.

Hello, Thank you for the feedback. I do see that the rep you spoke with offered you a pre-paid return label if you would like since this is within our policy. Since we understand some of our smaller home users won't be able to use bulk quantities of items.

Food Service offerings are always good. I've ordered items through a vendor and no compaints. Whichever cookie dough I order it is always good. **** 1 star this time because the way I received my order. I ordered 2 different cookie dough. One was in its own box and sealed unopened. However, the chocolzte chip cookie dough I ordered was not in a box. It was in a torn thin plastic bag and was just dropped in. Seems like the packer counted 213 pucks and called it a day, sealed the mailing box and sent it off. I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I OPENED THE BOX AND VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I cannot comment on good service,for food it is very bad service, they have to send it by UPS, I don't recommended it for food...

I ordered a case of grouper fillet and got some other type of fish very disappointing after spending the money that I did on inferior product. One and done 👎🏾

I bought the Producers long grain brown rice, when I cooked it half of the grains where still very uncooked (raw) while the other half was really soft. This was after more than 1 hour of cooking. I called food service direct about it on 10/8/22 and spoke to a customer service agent but she was very RUDE to me and hung up the phone without resolving the issue

You sent me the wring product, I had ordered 2 jars and you sent me 2 cases of another product and then charged me $100 service charge, which I am fighting. I wouldn't order any other product from you again.

I had purchased an order and it came to be bad and i refused it right on the apot and returned it with the same delivery guy he dropped it off i called in for my refund and they told no refund. This company its just a scam

I have yet to receive my order. It was ordered over a month to ago. At this point I wouldn’t order from here again.

These people are PATHETIC! Each time they sent out orders of DIM SUM, the seafood was spoiled as the dry ice melted. Four times the frozen food arrived melted and spoiled.

I ordered a specific product, they claimed it was in stock. I received my order, and it was something completely different, not what I ordered. Contacted the company. What I actually ordered is a special order item and is not actually in stock, ever. Their website still says it’s in stock and available for immediate shipment. Received a refund.

Most food delivered was defrosted and not usable. Also customer service takes days and then does not fix the issue.

Frozen bread took 4 days to arrive (should have been one day). The package was warm, wet , the loaves of bread were broken into pieces and were warm and completely thawed out.All of the dry ice was melted. A very poor job of packaging and shipping.

Company is terrible! Never order from them!!! My product never came! It was an empty box that was damaged with nothing in it!!!I Refused delivery snd UPS took it right back and stated box was empty. Company said there was nothing they could do because I didn’t take pictures! I Lost all that money!!! Stay clear from this company

I was notified the cereal I wanted was in stock at $10 a box plus I had to pay for shipping. Walmart has it for $4.18 a box and free shipping. You are price gauging and I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. There's nothing you can say, the difference in price say's it all. Shame on you. I am a senior and it seems everyone is out for the almightly buck. Even Walmart at $4.18 was $3.68 last order. It's always, gasoline prices, can't get anyone to work, everything is a SCAM. I ordered before but I won't be ordering again. Take my email address out of your computer. Your company sure runs a racket, I am ashamed for you. Margaret Stickler.

We sincerely apologize. While we strive to be as competitive as possible our prices are not always as low as grocery stores. We only sell items by the case and do not have a warehouse where we can keep excess. For that reason we are not always able to get things for the same price as a grocery store can. Prices on temperature sensitive items also factor in the price of extra packaging for the items.
