Made order. Order was delayed. Order was recieved. Wrong product sent to us. Order was made again, with no charge. Order delayed. Excuses made. Order delayed. Tired of asking to speak to a manager or a supervisor with no results. Supervisor in a meeting, supervisor in training, supervisor at lunch.... Order delayed. Asked for a refund. Got a refund. How do rate "no service?"

My item was not shipped in dry ice so it arrived spoiled and blood all over the box. The odor was ridiculous.

I ordered eight stone and granite cleaners. The order was returned to FDS FOUR times by the shipper as damage was detected to product. My fifth and final try resulted in me receiving only three of the eight ordered (and paid for), one of which was broken and empty fouling the shipping box. I am nor surprised, as the spray bottles were packed loose in a much too big box allowing them to move around and to break. Although customer service tried to solve the issue, the warehouse staff packing the items were clearly incompetent and clueless.

Food Service Direct will at times ship frozen food on a Thursday via UPS which results in a thawed order being delivered on Monday. Frozen food is supposed to be delivered frozen, no thawed. UPS did send a notice that the items were to be delivered Saturday but it wasn’t.

I ordered $800 worth of frozen chicken strips. They arrived completely defrosted and were all bad. We could not sell them. They were not packaged to remain frozen. Then I got a hassle in trying to get a refund, ultimately had to contest the charge with American Express.

1/3 of the order was returned because it broke in shipping so they shipped again. when I recieved the order agoain both battles of sauce were broken and leeked all over my kitchen counter until I discovered the leaking box.

I received the wrong product, possibly out of date 15 Jan. I let FSD know and was virtually accused of lying because I didn't have the equipment to send a photo of product. You sent it, you should know what you sent. It's been 2 weeks now and I am out of chicken base and no idea of any sort of conclusion on FSD part. I have been in food service kitchens for over 40 years as exec chef most of that time. This is by far the shoddiest I have ever been treated even in some third world countries. Whatever happened to customer service? What happened to customer being right? I have used FSD before and been fairly happy but this is the worst.

We bought a Pastry Pride whipping cream, the box arrived broken ( not in a thermobox), we send photos from the damaged box and explain that it arrived not frozen, not answer from your part, really bad client service to an expensive product.

the shipping cost was 25% of the product purchase. Every single can was dented. Every. Single. One. It didn't happen falling off a truck. they were packed that way. Never buying from FSD again.

Food was not labeled to determine if it was the correct item. Item did not have dry ice and was spoiled. My mother cooked and tasted a small piece and said it did not even taste like the product we ordered. Also, the delivery was weeks late.
