Aweful service!! I ordered four high chairs. Received one and was told the rest were out of stalk till January. It was almost a month before I was told anything concrete. Now I have one high chair and three others that don’t match. And the one I received the wood is chipped and my daughter got a hugh splinter. Horrible

I ordered cups and lids almost a month ago. Only received the lids. Chatted with customer service who was unable to help- they had to wait for an update from their shipping department and they are going to email me. They should be able to just process a refund.

I bought numerous Owl’s Brew Wicked Margarita mixes to last for a bit of time, but when they arrived, they were less than two months away from the expiration. The bottles were all dusty and dirty as well. Buyer beware. They won’t tell you when the expiration date is and they won’t accept returns. Will never buy from them again.

Was disappointed. My fault really, but misunderstood. Each of those burgers cost $4+ apiece and this was supposed to be wholesale? On top of that, when it was delivered, the package of dry ice was broken and had spilled all over the two boxes.

This is the 2nd box of expired peanut butter single serve cups I have received in a 3week period. The date is clearly written on the outside of the box. I informed them of the 1st one and sent a photo. They apologized and did handle it well by sending out a new box but then I opened it up and it tasted bad so I checked and the same exact label with the same expiration date which is 7 months ago. So it's not just a little expired. Its ridiculous. I really hope that the next box will be right. They should have removed all of the expired boxes from the warehouse so it couldn't happen again.

Ordered 2 products but you sold only 1 was in your possession. So 1 out of 3 cases delivered. Very disappointing.

Four consecutive water orders were damaged and "undeliverable". I have been ordering cases of water in glass bottles for years and I have never previously dealt with this rather bizarre scenario. Needless to say I will not be making any additional water purchases through Food Service Direct.

Purchased a case of Nutella cups. Received the item on July 22, they expire on august 21 !?!

Good product but Very poor service. We ordered 2 cases of Zevia Zero diet tonic. Upon arriving, 1 case had been wet and was full of mold. We immediately sent pictures depicting the problem. After several emails back & forth Food Service wrote and told us they would be replacing the case. We were very pleased except the paperwork said they were mailing it to our billing address and not our shipping address. After many emails to Food Service asking for them to correct the shipping address, we never received the product promised to us at our shipping address in Indiana and never got a refund for it. Communication at FoodService Direct is very poor.

Ordered individual cream cheese cups. They arrived partially frozen and when they thawed they had a grainy texture and were not usable. I contacted customer service and they told me they were not responsible and I should contact the manufacturer. I will never purchase from Food Service Direct again.

I ordered Chicken Kiev, and Another chicken product all were mushed together and busted up. They were also stuck together to where you have to thaw them out to separate them. It’s a huge ball of frozen, torn and stuck together.

Terrible packaging for shipping. I ordered a six pack of peanut butter, four cans were crushed upon delivery. Apparently food direct doesn’t care if the food actually get to the customer or not, as long as they take your money first.

I placed an order on June 4th. It was supposed to be shipped by UPS Ground. It is July 7th and the order has not arrived. There is no one I can talk to. Emails I have sent get nothing but an automated email response. So, thus far, the service is terrible and the customer service to adjust the problem is non-existent. Billing, however, was very prompt.
