I ordered Durkee Steak Dust or so I thought. Apparently I ordered the wrong item and you are out of it. Maybe that's why I got the wrong item.

I was not impressed the way you just clump the cookies together. With what you are charging they should be laid out with say three dozen then put wax paper on top and then another layer. I was so upset as the cookies came part frozen as the ice you put melt and to try to pry the frozen apart was a Complete Disaster. PLEASE change the way you ship large orders of frozen cookies

I ordered frozen clams. Took 4 days to get product and it was unfit to eat. Tried to get refund but could not get ahold company. No phone no customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Re: contacting the co. after an order was made, can’t contact anyone to change ie.. the shipping address, can’t change items you didn’t really ordered, have to pay for things you didn’t order.. simple fix is being able to talk to a rep ... no one answers My order was shipped out of state to my daughters home.. Very Inconvient!!

hi there, you need to figure it out another and faster way to ship the product, I ordered your product Monday 24th and needed by end of the week, but they have scheduled to deliver it June 1st. Way to late for what I needed, however I will still order your product, but next time I will order 1 year in advance in order to receive it on time.

Product arrived room temperature and was a frozen product. Product was at my front door less than 30 seconds because I was home when it was delivered.

We still have not gotten our order nor has customer service returned our inquiry regarding it. We would like to have it refunded.

So far, not impressed. I ordered cheese as a gift. Both times the cheese was not delivered with cold packs and had to be thrown away.

Half of the product came thawed. No effort was made to expedite proper delivery of additional product. I will NEVER purchase anything from Foodservice Direct again. I imagine this review will not be on your website but I will make sure it is elsewhere.

Ordered frozen crab cakes, shipped o. May 11th to be delivered on May 14th, did not get them until May 21st. The items came at room temp and were starting to give off a bad odor.

Almost all graham crackers came in broken and was not able to use for wedding favors so out the money and company never got back to me about it. So waste of money to order not good for anything.

I usually order my bulk oatmeal and peanut butter here. My last order of peanut butter came broken/open and all they did was offer me 20 dollars in store credit when the item was 60. I provided pictures clearly showing opened/broken tubs of peanut butter and they would not make it right. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

We were very disappointed. Our ice cream arrived melted. We had ordered it for a special weekend gathering. I tried several days to reach someone. Finally I went to Facebook and they did refund.

When I placed my order I requested a delayed delivery time because I had to be out of town. The frozen açaí sat out on my porch for 2 days in 90+ degree heat. Needless to say it was a melted mess.
