The chocolate cake is terrible the frosting is rock hard it peals away from cake. Bad waste of money. Brownies were acceptable.

Ordered 8 cases of baklava. What we received was not what was pictured on the website. There was no plastic wrap inside the box. It was just thrown into the box . The stuff is garbage. We need a refund. Wasn't able to add photo below so I will send it in a separate email

The items arrived in very poor condition -- cake layers were thawed and mashed. Unfortunately, we could not use the product.

did not like the product, Readycarved Flame Broiled Beef and Lamp Gyro Slice, 5 Pound -- 2 per case. Carved pieces come out of frozen bag in little bits, since the carved pieces are frozen and very thin they break up into little bits, thus producing an undesirable palatability and tast.

Product still has not arrived. Ordered over 2-3 weeks ago. I think we just received an email saying it's about to be mailed out.

Placed and order, didn't get any update or shipping information for nearly a week. I tried to cancel my order after only two days because I found a better, cheaper item that would arrive sooner. They told me cancellation was impossible followed by reasons or excuses why. Long story short it took nearly 3 weeks for my package to arrive. Which I refused when it did arrive, and I am sure that getting my money back will go just as smoothly. I will not be a customer ever again.

Pizza was completely defrosted when it arrived to my house even though it was bought straight in. I assume at some point there had been dry ice but there was no evidence of it except two empty plastic bags. I tried to live chat with the company to see if it is normal for it all to be defrosted and if it is safe to consume. However I received a message that the operators were currently busy and to leave a message and they would contact me back. I have yet to hear back from anyone. The order was shipped on Feb 16 and was not delivered until Feb 24th which is why I assume it was completely defrosted.

bought the wrong size. asked for a different size minutes after purchasing. No response, still sent 1000 of the incorrect size. no human to communicate with, no returns accepted. Terrible customer service. Everyone uses an excuse of "Pandemic" they are shorthanded. I call bull.

WHERE IS MY STUFF? UPS The lousiest carrier you chose to ship my product didn't deliver my package! I was outside waiting for them. The truck was very close, our gates were opened. They never came. They lie all the time with "inable to deliver" BS. I want my money back ASAP. Iknew it was to good to be true. Pick another carrier next time like USPS. alYou lost a sale and a customer. I don't know how fast you will refund.

my order of Luigis No Sugar Added Lemon Intermezzo, 4 Fluid Ounce -- 72 per FROZEN ITEM Order # 000770612 order was shipped UPS Ground it arrived 7 day later all melted. I would like to return to get credit. I called customer service left message no call back Sent E-mail no answer back. BAD SERVICE Frozen order shipped on 2/16/21 Received on 2/25/21 NOT FROZEN

Two items leaked out totally making a huge mess. I submitted photos with my complaint and haven’t heard anything for 5 days and I’m still waiting. Terrible customer service!

I was charged for shipping on a day (Presidents’ Day) where there was to be no shipping charges. I sent a note about this and expected some resolution to it. Been over 8 days and not even a reply to my issue. That’s customer service. So many companies blame covid for all their shortcomings these days.

Been emailing your company and can’t get help. Received my package and jars were broken sauce and glass all over. Called you won’t answer phones. I would like a refund and no one will respond. Doubt if I will order from your company again cause I can’t get help... You keep saying someone will contact me but it hasn’t happen yet.

Ordered 40 pounds of Kronos Gyrokones on February 15th. According to Food Service Direct my order was shipped on February 17th. I received my order on February 25th more than a week after shipping. In the past you guys only ship on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday so the order is received in no more than three days I have made these purchases before many times and they never took more than 3 days for shipping. Upon opening this order, the insulating Styrofoam was broken up. There was no dry ice either inside or outside the Styrofoam box. The 4- 10 lb kones where were almost completely thawed out. If UPS is not up to delivering packages on time anymore, you need to find a better delivery system.

The 10lbs of Veggie Burgers were supposed to be frozen. They arrived warm, not frozen in a styrofoam container but nothing inside, no ice pack, etc. the plastic bag they were in was not even closed. Totally unusable, I threw the it all in the garbage
