HI! The 10 pounds of eggplant that I ordered I was very displeased with. When I cooked it, it turned out very mushy. I have bought frozen eggplant before but it never turned out like this. It should hold up and not turn to mush. If I could get my money back I would. Not happy at all! I won't be buying this again!

At the time that I placed the order I was told that it took not more than one week to receive my delivery unfortunatelyThat wrong statement because it took more than 3 weeks to get my delivery and I ran out of the product

Ordered a long time ago. Never received. Emails would tell me in the morning that the item had shipped, and then in the afternoon say it wasn’t available.

Ice cream cones arrive damaged, and unusable. The problem was not the shipping carrier, it was damaged pre shipping, because the box on the inside had red paint on it, and was crushed, but the outside box was intact, no sign of being crushed.

The website, service, and shipping was all great, however, 50% of the Lemon Crisps were broken and I could use them for my Horderves/Appetizers. It is a problem with the packaging from 34 Degrees. The frozen hash brown arrived thawed. You should have shipped FEDEX not UPS because they deliver on weekends(sat & sun). My shipment sat over the weekend in Dallas. FEDEX would have delivered saturday. Will not purchase from you again.

Did not receive what was in the picture of what I ordered. It should have stated that they just send you random charters on the juice bottles. I could have gotten these at Walmart for half the price that I paid. Not happy!

The shipping charge from this company was excessive in the extreme! I tried to cancel the order long before the shipping date and was refused. The ridiculous excuse given for not canceling was “COVID” - A terribly dishonest business practice. I will not be ordering from these people again.
