Shipment is over a week late with no explanation and no help They wash their hands of shipping and it’s unreliable

Thank you for the feedback. I tried to look for an email with customer service regarding your shipment but I did not see one using the email address provided. I did track your order and I am showing that it is loaded for delivery. If the carrier has not reached out to you already please email our customer service team and we will do what we can to push this from our side.

I have placed orders for my store 3 times and the company will send me a tracking number and tell me its on the way and then tell me after the fact that it was canceled. This is bad for business

I am sorry to hear some of your items were cancelled from your order, occasionally we will have shortages and won't be able to fulfill an order in full, but we work really hard to let customers know as soon as possible when that happens. I had an email alert set up when some cones became available and i finally received the notification. I immediately purchased and paid. 2 days later the order was cancelled by Foodservice direct. No explanation.

Ordered chocolate pretzels packages arrived all 8 bags totally melted into one big ball in each bag. The only person who helped was Paige . She sent me another brand new order free of charge and they also arrived totally melted. Was not refunded. The customer service was awful other than her.

Delivery took a long time to arrive. Food started to go bad before expiration date. Expiration date itself was so soon that there was not enough time to consume food in time anyways. No replacements or refund or discount was offered...

Purchasing from these guys was a complete waste of time and money. We ordered a case of Frönen non dairy ice cream. Attempting to check on the order while we waited was useless because nothing was updated. We finally received the ice cream eight (8) days after ordering it. No ice packs were included in the shipping package. Obviously it was SOUP. HOT SOUP. Not only was it all completely melted, one of the pints had opened and spilled everywhere. Ice cream, once melted, should not be eaten due to risk of food poisoning (bacteria loves sugar). It all had to be thrown out. To add to all of this, they are blaming COVID for their inability to accept refunds. Unbelievable.

When I received my order the dry ice was completely melted and the product was warm. After waiting 4 weeks for the product we are not able to use the product. And it end d up in the trash. Will never order again.

My order sat in the apartment office for 8 days because I NEVER received an email telling me my order had shipped. I never received a way to track my order.

My pretzels came warm. Box was soaked. The salt it came with had a hole so salt was everywhere. Would not recommend

Not terribly impressed. Ordered 2 cases of Seafood Base and only received 1. Emailed customer service, with no response. Had an email come through showing they shipped another case, but still have not received the second case.......

The price was great and the product was delivered quickly. I ordered individually wrapped graham crackers. Half of the product was in crumbs by the time it got to me.

ok in the past, but disaster this time. Pkg left in garage and not in the sun, but there was no dry ice in container. Ice cream bars totally melted. Not only that but had leaked all over creating an enormous sticky mess. Extremely upset!

Very Upset. Item 1 Ordered Frozen Cookies. Received today melted mush looks like poo. Item 2 Frozen Scones. Opened box to find extremely hot. Items were in Transit for 5 days according to the tracking. Did not receive a tracking number until the items were received. Received UPS today brought in house 1-2 minutes after delivered to open the boxes and be disgusted. Dry Ice was completely melted gone and both boxes were heated. Boxes were not even marked perishable. Contacted Foodservicedirect VI: email and facebook finally found a number and left a message. No responce. According to the tracking off the boxes items were shipped on the 17th and received today on the 22nd.

Ordered and paid for two products received only 1 with no explaination of why and when the other product would be delivered.... Very poor business ethics.... Will never recommend Food Service Direct to anyone. I am currently in the process of contacting the better business bureau.
